yall messed up my food order, put meat on my veggie sandwich but wont refund me or remake it without the old one? i ordered it at 8pm, didnt get to open it til 9:30, called the next day to politely ask for it to be remade but yall need the old sandwich? i threw it away! im pregnant, it made me sick to look at! i cant eat deli meat regardless of the fact that im vegetarian. that's completely ridiculous that you say because your staff is messing up orders thats its your policy that we bring the mess up. what does that have to do with me? train your staff to do their job! i have a picture, with a timestamp & my receipt. ive spent so much money at this place just this week! you've been my biggest pregnancy craving now you've lost a loyal customer. heres a pic of my NOT veggie sandwich...

Order was wrong! Ordered two Chicken Philly's & got Steak. Wrong ingredients on the Sandwiches. Called back at the Manager couldn't even interduce himself I had to ask his name (Kaleb). He act like he couldn't find the order & when he did. He said because I paid cash he can only refund one sandwich. Y'all took my $ for two Messed up Sandwiches. We order the roast beef and provolone and I got the what was it portabella and swiss. As you can see as soon as I open my sandwich the bread fell off it was so liquidy we actually went to another restaurant the customer service and the atmosphere was amazing restaurant was clean and nice customer service however I I've never had this experience ever at any Jerseys Mike's before. And the Roast beef is cold the provolone was not melted I'm assuming at this location you must ask for the roast beef to be warmed.
