Bun Rush — Restaurant in Ocean City

Saw this place on social media and was excited to try it out, but was severely disappointed. Walked in to an emtpy restaurant, was told the cinnamon buns would be a 15 minute wait (not sure why if that’s the only product you serve). Several groups came in after us and were given an even longer wait time which made people turn around and leave. The one worker did not have a strong sense of urgency.

The concept is good and it has the potential of being successful, but the execution is really terrible. Cinnamon buns ended up tasting ok, but definitely not worth almost $10 for an average size. Unless there are some major changes, I won’t...

Really wanted to love this new place as I'm a big cinnamon roll fan. Just got the original as I wanted to not have the taste clouded by many different toppings. See attached picture, it was dry and tasted like one of thos Pillsbury frozen ones out of a can. Icing was weird. Tasted cheap and threw half away. Great concept with the different styles of buns, but the quality overall is not great. Coffee was Shoprite brand (you could see the packaging in their open kitchen), and very watery. Server was friendly and space was clean...

We went in and they had an hour left and not enough buns made. We didn’t feel like waiting 20 minutes. We got 3 of the buns. My daughter apple hot honey one was substituted with Carmel due to them running out of honey. The peanut butter lover was ok The strawberry short cake was ok The main issue was they tasted stale on the outside and raw inside. Just slop . For close to 10$ a piece. Was not worth it. I should have headed to Cinnabon. Overall was not impressed.. I doubt they will be...
