Alleged — Restaurant in Ogden

The atmosphere is nice. It’s the only bar with a cool dance floor, but Ogden needs another one because the bouncers here are so unprofessional. I’ve seen them literally pick on people here for no valid reason. I walked out the front door instead of the back not knowing I couldn’t leave, I was out the door and three of them with one guy pulling me back, I shrugged him off and then all three of them proceeded to yell at me with one of them chase me out the door. I was already out of the club, I’m pretty sure once I’m out the door if you are chasing someone trying to put your hands on them that’s just illegal. I was no longer in the building, who do they think they are that they can come after me out the door, and for what? I Literally am walking out the front door because I had to leave. I did go back and tell another more professional bouncer at the back door that I was sorry for walking out the front instead of the back but I don’t understand why they tried to chase and pull be back inside, I heard them say don’t let him back in again. All I was doing was trying to leave, there is no reason to chase me down the street. I did nothing but try and leave and I guess I walked out the wrong door, I was confused at the time why they were so angry and couldn’t believe I was being chased and screamed at out the front door. I did speak to the guy that chased me and asked why he was chasing me and why they were so angry, I said I can’t walk out the front door?…it was beyond disrespectful, probably illegal behavior, if their doing this to other people, which I’ve witnessed some terrible behavior, the owner needs to know or they may face some kind of lawsuit Just because your a bouncer doesn’t mean you can bully and harass people. Since 1 star is the lowest rating, I guess it'll do. I've worked at top bars and clubs in NYC for a living, and haven't encountered trash like the owner of this spot in all those years.

My gf had her foot literally CRUSHED by a bathroom stall door that was loose on its hinges. Despite having heard that the owner Jared Allen is a slimy, money-hungry guy, we decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and contact him to see what could be worked out, outside of court. He proceeded to accuse my gf of vandalizing the bathroom, saying he's pressing charges and proving all the rumors we've heard about him true. The vibe is good. We're cool with all the staff and the DJ's. Bouncers are good dudes and bartenders are lovely. But be warned, this place and its owner are DANGEROUS and he is a garbage businessman and a slimy human being. Be careful.

He said the camera OUTSIDE the bathroom caught her slamming the bathroom door, so he ALLEGED that she had to have gone buckwild INSIDE the bathroom vandalizing the place 😂😂😂 That's his proof. Jared Allen is a greedy slimeball who refuses to take responsibility, claiming the $8.00 lyft ride they provided should be more than enough to take care of the pain and hundreds in medical bills. Who would have thought someone could make a bar/nightclub from a former brothel? Well these guys did it seamlessly. The indoor bars (2 floors) feature cozy couches and interesting tables that are made from the doors of the old brothel bedrooms. The bathrooms are unisex with the wash area out in the open, which at first looks a little strange, but it somehow adds to the ambiance and doesn't feel awkward. The rooftop bar was awesome! There was only one bartender with a very small bar up there so there was a bit of a wait for drinks, but the open air made it easy to wait. The service on the second floor indoor bar was surprisingly slow considering there were only about 5-6 people in there at the time and 3 bartenders, but when we were finally helped, they got the drinks quickly. Then, we had a server coming to check on us while we were seated at one of the couch areas which made it a lot more convenient for additional drinks. We were playing trivia that night, and my hubby and friend won tshirts that were unfortunately too small. They, however, decided to wear them so I felt the need to post the pics of their fun here. Lastly, the age of the patrons looked primarily in their mid 20's to mid 30's, but there were a few that looked to be in their 40's so keep that in mind if you're on the prowl for a future date! 😉 We will definitely...
