Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Ohio

I have been here the past 3 or 4 weekends because of back to school shopping and the past few times there is a dark haired woman working who has been so rude and disrespectful to the other employees. It made me so uncomfortable how she spoke to them. It was awful and honestly the most unprofessional behavior Ive seen in a long time. The second time she wasn't yelling and berating as the last time but still was making small rude snarky remarks to her other employees while we waited for nugget dogs. This place is always packed and the service is phenomenal. The food is always good and this place is so clean. The only thing concerning is THIS woman. If she can be so loud with her disrespect while customers are around I can only imagine what the others go through when we aren't. I never see her wear a name tag except this last time and it said Natasha. I'm concerned for the safety of the other people who work there. Just stopped to get a raspberry lemonade and after being ignored I finally get to take my order. I asked for my raspberry lemonade and paid for it. While they were busy running their mouths one makes my drink then the other lady grabs another cup and pours my drink in it and adds strawberry instead of raspberry. When she’s done I remind her I asked for raspberry and she looks at me and tells me they only have strawberry even though I can clearly see the other flavors. The young lady and older lady were rude and unprofessional and just plain lazy, I will never go to this place again, they have lost mine and my families...

Worst Auntie Anne's we've ever been to! The cashier, Cheyanne needs some customer service videos or something similar. She didn't say one word when we walked up all the way until we finished ordering... got 2 pretzels and 2 large lemonades- both pretzels were burnt to a nasty, sticky black crisp on the bottom side.
