*It takes a lot to get a negative review from me. Ask anyone on YouTube or TikTok. I'd rather not say anything. I rarely even give a thumbs down. With that said here's my review. Perrysburg, Ohio @Raising Cane Cold Chicken Fingers: Approx. 5 menu items/meals on the all chicken fingers menu. Even the chicken sandwich is made with 3 chicken fingers and lettuce. We walked over from Quality Inn (*****see review 😃) called in advance and paid. $34 for 3 chicken fingers meals. The $9.99 box meal says it comes w a drink but I had to add it and regular size that looks like a children's drink cost $1 the other choice is a large and they charge $1.69 for that. You get to choose "No ice" or "Canes Ice" It's just ice. The $9.99 box meal is now nearly $12. I said "To go order for Christina" A 35 or 40 something lady said they had just gotten the order and it would be a little bit and said we had time so... We walked over to the biggest Kroger store (****see review😃) I've ever seen. Clothes, a cheese factory plus ++. Went back inside Canes and food was bagged & ready. I grabbed a chicken finger ready for at least warm food and it tasted barely cooked. It was a cold, cold night outside and back at our motel room, opened the box and the toasted bread was still warm. Idk what was up with the cold chicken fingers. There is no flavor to the hyped-up, hand dipped/breaded chicken fingers, no salt or pepper and the most bland french fries ever cooked. I hoped the famous sauce would solve all - Nope. It is the most bland sauce ever made. I ordered a 3rd meal because my dogs were hungry. Since a kids meal with only chicken fingers and fries cost over $5 I ordered another 9.99 meal that also comes with bland cole slaw. The menu allows you to take things out of the meal so I took out the bread thinking -$1 or $2 Nope. You are required to add a double order of something else so I substituted a 2nd slaw. It wasn't included in our order. No great loss. The menu items listed below do not exist on the menu that I used. Salmon? Egg Salad?FRITTATA??? Really? Nope. FYI There are 20 other places to eat in walking distance.

First Time at Raising Cane’s – Impressed! This was my first time eating at Raising Cane’s, and I was genuinely impressed. We ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a drink — all for $11.49. It’s a generous portion of food and definitely worth the price. The chicken fingers were the standout — large, crispy on the outside, and moist inside. The toast was soft with just the right amount of butter and garlic, a real treat. The fries were tasty and fresh. The only slight letdown was the coleslaw — it was just okay, nothing special. The building was easy to access, and the atmosphere was pleasant overall. Some tables needed cleaning, and the bathroom could have used a little attention as well. Still, it didn’t take away from the positive experience. Overall, Raising Cane’s made a great first impression. I’ll definitely be visiting a location closer to home next time — this one was a stop on our way back from Canada. Looking forward to going again!

I am updating my post from a few years ago. The food has always been good here but I gave the inside the restaurant a negative review. However, since then I have eaten inside twice in 2023. The cleanliness was far better and I changed my rating to a 5 for food and a 4 cleanliness. I am giving this place a three star rating only because of cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was very good. I will return because I like Cane's Chicken and this is the only location close enough. The problems were the tables were greasing and the trash over flowing from the trash cans inside. When I see a restaurant that neglects the dining area, I can only wonder about the kitchen cleanliness and employee's hygiene. This is a management issue and hopefully the problem is addressed.

Was excited to try for the first time came in Monday extremely busy seemed well staffed. Ordered dining in. Ordered, got my pop and sat at a table and waited for my name to be called ( all the tables were dirty, no problem extremely busy I wiped my table off) thought I heard my name called so I went to the counter. 2 carry out bags sat there. Mine order was 2 sandwich combos for dine in so I was looking for 2 meals on plates as I saw everyone else in the store had. Apparently one of the bag’s that were sitting was mine. Got back to the table opened the carry out boxes and the fries were lukewarm and soggy and the lettuce on the sandwich’s were old and slimy. Took the meals to the counter asked if they could be remade. The employee rolled her eyes and said just a minute and walked away. Came back and said it will be a few minutes I said no problem. Then she said we have a lot of orders ahead of you. I said what do you mean. She then said you’re going to have to wait until we get the other orders out and said I’ll get the manager. Manager came over I explained cold fries and bad lettuce. She said that was the last of the lettuce they had. I said fine I’ll be fine with 2 new meals without lettuce. Then she said very combative that what happens when you put hot chicken on top of lettuce. I have worked in food service all my life yes lettuce wilts whenever hot food comes in contact but this was bad. Clearly it was the last of it and never should have been served this was not just wilted but slimy. Manager then said it would be a while. I was by then disappointed in the lack of the staff and management to make my first experience with Raising Cane’s a good one. I asked...

Located in heavy traffic area, limited parking (was full-had to go around twice to find a spot), long lines and long wait time…. Efficiency doesn’t exist unfortunately.

After getting a parking spot, went in and the place was packed, long lines of people waiting for their order and ordering as well. I got the Caniac combo with 2 xtra sauce and 2 xtra toast.

Took about 20 minutes to get my food… three people were working on packing the orders but they were bit slow. Then once the packed food was placed on the counter, another employee double checked to makes sure everything was there. The bottleneck was with the folks packing the food, they unfortunately made the whole process a lot slower then necessary.

As I waited, bus pulled up with software players, thank goodness I got there before they did. I would recommend you order online and give yourself enough time. Entrance to the store is a challenge… if traffic is busy and there’s a long left turn line, make a right turn and do a u turn and drive straight to the store. When you exit, drive past the drive thru, go to the taco store, keep on driving towards the card was, make a left and then turn right… you’ll avoid all the cars waiting for the traffic light.

Oh yea food…. Toast #1 lol, then tenders 😂 2 ⭐️⭐️ because of parking, traffic and just the...
