Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I love Jersey Mike's but when you go to a location like this one and the staff treats you like your a bother, it really is discouraging. This is not an exaggeration, my daughter was giving birth to her first baby at Memorial Hospital near by. She had been in labor for 20 hours. The family was there to support her, but did need to eat. So I ran out to get us some food. It was getting late and I knew things would shutdown soon. I arrived at 9:45 on Friday night (June 3rd) to get 3 sandwiches. I notice as I got out of my car, another couple was getting into their car empty handed. I walked in and probably 7 or 8 people working behind the counter cleaning up and putting everything away. The topping bins were pulled out of the serving line, one person was cleaning the cutting machine, another was cleaning the grill. I asked one person, "Are y'all closed?" He looked at the door and said, "No we close at 10:00." To which I replied, "So, can I get a sandwich." No reply from that question, just people staring at me like I was ruining their day. Literally, no answer, just stares with no care of concern. I get that people want to leave on a Friday night, but with the number of people there and me being the 2nd customer that was turned away, I just wonder why they didn't close at 9:00 or honor their hours and close (stop serving...

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and I must say, the service I received today was nothing short of exceptional—a true 10-star experience!

Upon entering, the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the establishment. It was spotless. Next, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive employees who made me feel welcome from the get-go.

For those who haven't experienced Jersey Mike's, let me fill you in: your choice of cheese and meat is freshly sliced right in front of you. The quality and freshness are unmatched. Today, I enjoyed the Number Nine Club Supreme, featuring roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and mayo. Each bite was a burst of flavor—absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend trying it in a tomato basil wrap, though I suspect anything on the menu will delight your taste buds.

i hate to review this. i found some sort of fly in my sub. after taking a bite i looked down and saw the fly laying flat next to my bite lol. i immediately lost my appetite. i picked through the whole sub making sure there wasnt any others which is why its a bit disheveled. i dont know how i feel about this, i dont think its a huge problem since i didnt consume it but in reality its a serious health hazard; which is why im leaving a review. ive always enjoyed this store but im so disappointed to have experienced this. i understand that there could be possible flies that get into the containers since it is out of the employees control and sight, but it just makes me feel a bit icky. i dont despise the workers or this store because of this, im just disappointed in this specific experience. i dont know what to say. i mean its just a fly inside a sub and theres way more important issues to be focusing on which is why im a bit iffy on this. i would still come back to this store but not after a while. by the way i used a coupon for this sub and visited the store around 8:20...
