Renovations to this location are very nice. If you plan to spend any significant amount of time here especially with your family or a large group do yourself a favor and get the all-inclusive pass I think it runs around $30 this also includes bowling lane reservations as well as your bowling shoe rental which is not included at most places . If you are 21 and Over You can reserve bowling lanes upstairs for no additional cost. The Putt-Putt golf course was is okay could use a few updates. Laser tag was quite fun but needs some updates. Fairly decent size arcade. The bowling aspect is quite nice especially if your 21 and older you can bowl upstairs without having to deal with small children. The only reason I gave this more than two stars is the Saving Grace of this location is the upstairs bar area / Lounge / adult bowling area. The food is mediocre bar food at best. Their pizzas are garbage. Went with a big group and most who had pizza left over didn't even bother to make an attempt to reheat it went directly to the trash. The wait staff also seemed very overworked and understaffed all of the alcoholic drinks that are big group ordered had to come from the upstairs bar. They also got several of our alcoholic drinks wrong. The food seems to be consistent at both Heyday locations that I have been to. The Bricktown locations food is the same over-salted over preserved heated up frozen meals that might be good if you're drunk. If you're going to take your kids here to have pizza do yourself a favor and get some pizza somewhere else on your way there because their Pizza again is...

As a 100% disabled guest, I was left waiting hungry and in tears at the restaurant—all because there was only one accessible table.
I visited this restaurant after walking for 30 minutes with my walker to find it, excited to finally sit down and enjoy a meal. When I arrived, I was immediately faced with stairs and had to ask if there was a handicap ramp. The staff pointed me in the direction, so I went to grab a drink—only to find out there was just one low table for people who cannot sit at high bar stools.
Due to my neuropathy, sitting on high stools would cause my legs to go numb, so I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. I asked where handicap and disabled guests were supposed to sit, given that there was only one accessible table. The supervisor apologized and said I could sit at the low table once the current guests left. I waited for 30 minutes, growing hungrier and more discouraged, and eventually left in tears without eating.
I am 100% disabled, and my money is spent just like anyone else’s. The establishment should stand on hospitality, respect, and making people feel welcome—values I believe he truly stands for. What happened to me goes against those values, and I believe anyone would be ashamed to know disabled guests are being treated this way in a restaurant.
I have video documentation of my visit, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve accessibility and training so no other guest with a disability has to go through...
Read moreOur company took a client to this venue. We had a party of 15 and thought this would be a fun place to entertain on a weeknight. The restaurant was clean and the bowling lanes were well kept. However, the wait staff and supervisor were very inexperienced and not welcoming. They created a hostile environment for my team and our clients. Everyone was aggressively carded within our party before a drink was served to them, and if anyone rebuffed, they were treated with even greater hostility. During dinner we found ourselves refilling our own drinks and seeking out the bar tender because the food took over an hour to be served. What was worse, after bringing out the first meal, it took 25 minutes for everyone in the party to have their food. As a result, some are cold meals and we didn’t have time for all the activities that are available at the venue, so we settled to play a single game of bowling. Before we could finish, the wait staff did their best to be kind (we complained about the service), but that was too little too late. To top it off, at the moment our event time was up, the wait staff came in and yelled “last call” at our group. I certainly would have preferred a more discreet conversation with the host so we could check with our party before wrapping up. Needless to say, we won’t be returning and would not recommend that you expose any important client relationships to the inexperience and immaturity of the staff/team at Hey-Day. What a tremendously...
