Pretty Please Social Room — Local services in Oklahoma City

It gets a couple stars for atmosphere (servers dressed up, lighting fun, room for tables!). Usually when I've come it's great except for a couple small issues here and there. But last time we came in, we had a ton. Girl who was obviously intoxicated gave us wrong bill. We noted it, she slurred that it's OK she'll fix it. Came back with other drinks, that we didn't order, with the same recept we'd turned away (btw the receipt showed for a random number and drink - in neither case marching ours). After multiple attempts, and her insisting she'd just get us a ton of shots to make up for it, we'd come to the bar to fix it. One gentleman said he'd take care of it, but didn't even get the card the item was charged on despite our insistence. Because of this, they credited the wrong card. After re-explaining and battling, they did ultimately take care of it. Gratefully one of the gentleman working the bar offered to take her home - we even saw him doing so as we left. we purchased tickets and attended the 12 bars of Christmas which pretty please was hosting. we went to all 8 of the bars that were listed on the fb event page when we asked for the "special drinks" that were listed on the event page, several of the bars didnt know what we were talking about and wouldnt let us use our cups given to us for the event. most places didn't even bother checking for wristbands and were selling the "special priced" drinks to the general public, not just the ones who purchased tickets for the 12 bars of Christmas which seemed like the whole reason to purchase tickets. the most disappointing part of the night was when we went to pretty please to try the "special drinks" they were SOLD OUT at 7:30pm!!! you would think since the event was from 7-11 they would have stocked up. next year we will not buy tickets and just bar hop. overall the event seemed disorganized and they only had 8 of 12 bars listed on...

first of all, I’ve been there 3/4 times now same bouncer questions me and wants second opinion every time. He asked me to repeat my address and I did, then he proceeded to tell me I was wrong but he must of drank more alcohol than me because he was reading my zip code which I stated after. Absolutely unprofessional and seemed like a very stereotypical person. Later he questioned a girl with a side ways id (21 and up ids are sideways), she obviously argued and apologized if she seemed disrespectful. I asked him to let her wait inside since it was raining and he didn’t care, he basically pushed her out. Never have I experienced such a thing. He needs to be fired it’s really ridiculous. I do NOT recommend this bar unless something changes...
