Panda Express — Restaurant in Ontario

visited this location at ontario mills at around 3pm with a friend. the girl who served us our food was so nice however the cashier named evelyn?¿ that checked us out seemed like she had an attitude with us which made me feel kinda awkward. when i did not know if i could pay for my food yet, she said i could go when i was ready but i didn’t know i could because it didn’t show on the screen to pay for it (like swipe, insert, tap) until she seen me waiting & she went on the register to put it up. i also have another complaint.. the rice seemed like it wasn’t good anymore like it was reheated & hard, it had a strange smell to it & i never had that at other panda express; it was not fresh & my noodles were dry & i felt like i couldn’t go back to get a new one since the cashier was showing lack of respect so i ate it despite that. they can do better however shout out to the girl that prepared our food for us with patience...

The rudest staff I ever seen in my life.

It was almost closing I went with my son to eat at PE, there was 1 order portion available as last order. I turned to my 9 yrs old son to ask him if it's ok to order that last order. UNFORTUNATELY, OUT OF NO WHERE WITH A RUDE AND IMPOLITE ACT BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE BACK KITCHEN, CAME AND TOOK THE FOOD & PUT IT IN A PLATE AND LEFT. I was shocked for this action like he haven't seen food for years this stupid employee, he just took a 9 yrs old kid order with no respect whatsoever. I asked the girl on the counter how come he did that? I was going to order that portion for my son, how come you do that? She replied, he's an employee here & he can do whatever he wants.

While waiting in line I notice that they where 3 people working but only one person was doing all the work serving and chasing people out while the other two employees where chitchatting in the back and even one was on his phone.
