Philly's Best Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Ontario

I can’t never order with this place because there’s always an issue. First time I go in there in person on my lunch break from work, and waited about 20 to 25 minutes at first I didn’t mind cause i thought it was my fault since I came during lunch hours so of course it was busy, until they got everyone’s orders besides mine, even the people after me got there order. I had then realized they completely skipped my order and I had complained and they made my order.(this time they were really nice about it and offered a free sandwich card and a free drink) but I had to wait about another 10 minutes to receive my food. Second time I ordered through the phone, the guy took my order as normal and asked for a name and everything and when I got there they said that they didn’t make it cause they didn’t hear what I had said over the phone? And had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order. Then I try ordering online and double checked on my order, made sure I was getting everything I wanted, (because I had made a mistake at subway before) then an hour later after its delivered to me from doordash, there’s no lettuce or tomato on my hoagie and no onions on my cheesesteak that I specifically asked for. This is for all the true Philly people. I ate a Philly cheesesteak with just provolone and grilled onions (sorry, never been a fan of peppers). I enjoyed just watching the way the cook slowly turned the provolone into every single delicious bite of beef. It was amazing to just watch. I was traveling back in time to a corner, a cart, & the best dang cheesesteaks known to man! I had NOT had a real Philly cheesesteak as wonderful & delicious as this in 25+yrs! Why? No one could do it right. 😢 My very 1st bite, I was taken back to Philly, with my best friend Margie drinking beers, watching the Eagles game & munching our cheesesteaks! Thanks for bringing back those wonderful memories! I now eat a cheesesteak about once a month! So happy somebody could finally do a Philly cheesesteak the Philly way! I heard about this place on Instagram and it looked really good. So I went into check it out. I was being helped by one employee until the manager had asked her to stop helping me to do something else. I completed my order with another employee and went to sit down. As I was seated I was asked to leave that table because they were going to close and needed to put the stools up. Which honestly could have waited because the Resturant didn’t close for another hour. So i politely moved to another table. The professionalism of the Resturant was horrible which is why I’m giving them a 1 star and the food was actually pretty good but I was uncomfortable after the fact that I had to awkwardly move to another table as other customers watched.
