Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

This location has always offered great customer service, which is something this area can be hit or miss with at times. Every time I come to this BK, the staff is always welcoming, and the majority of those times I'm helped by Liz. She always gives great customer service, and I always see her working hard, when not helping customers. Her work ethic is something that I wish most places employees displayed these days, and is also something that employers should notice and reward. You don't find those kind of qualities at the majority of places around the country, which is why I'm taking the time to comment and give recognition to Liz for her outstanding customer service...

I've been to this specific Burger King located in the Petro Truck Stop multiple times.. Everytime I have mentioned to the staff or management to use fresh bread.. they never do. Ive been sick as a dog for 3 days because of them. Just because your bread doesn't have mold, does not mean its not old If it crumbles its old.. there are enough preservatives to keep mold from forming. Keep the foods chilled at the proper tempature.. get educated on food handling and proper preparation! Edit: I was on my death bed.. and I'm never sick.. your stores Ignorance almost killed me. 1st the good, the fries were hot for a change. The bad..the woppers both were cold.And only a 50 cent size piece of tomato. A couple of pieces of onion. And the lettuce was old and brown on top of it. Took them back and they replaced them with ones just as bad. And not to mention they are higher than.other BK's In the area. I guess the figure being located at a truck stop with a captive customer base they do not have to have quality while charging more. Will he complaining...
