Worst Chinese food I've ever had, worst service I've ever encountered, period. And I wasn't demanding I was super relaxed with them and tried to reason with them. And worst Chinese food, that says a lot. Because in the category of bad Chinese food, they have a lot of competition. Bad food would be one thing if they had good service at least. The orange chicken had like a powdered dishwasher detergent aftertaste to it. The lo mein was undercooked and tasted horrible, and like a raw noodle. But when I went to ask for a return or exchange, she said "no returns. We don't do returns. I'll give you different rice but no chicken. I saw you eating the chicken". I said "my girlfriend and I were trying to justify eating it so we ate maybe half of the chicken and a bite or two or the lo mein, until we couldn't tolerate anymore of the taste. She then said I bought it an hour ago. And I said that's because we bought food elsewhere. And I'm trying to at least get the food I payed for as left overs. Of course to discover that it tasted bad, we had to consume some. We tried to tolerate it but it got stranger as we ate. Of course half the chicken is gone. Between two people, we ate 3 or so pieces each. That's about half the chicken portion. She said "you ate noodles too, I'll give a small rice, and no chicken". So I said I don't know what else I can do here. I left the bad plate there and didn't accept the ride offer because this is horrible service. She was super rude and didn't care at all about the money I spent. This place is absolutely horrible, I have no human idea what they're still doing in this mall. They definitely don't belong in such a classy locale as this. Look at their reviews. They're abysmal. Why hasn't someone done...

The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't do just one point on the star. I went there to get food for me and my grandson. I will start with that. I did not see a kids meal listed on the menu, so I ordered my food. Then asked for a small plate that I could put some of my food on for my grandson. She shows me a small to go box and I said yes that would be perfect she then asked what I wanted in it..i told her I just wanted the box and I was willing to pay for the box. Apparently they can't do that. That's when my daughter asked if they had a kids meal. They do. So I ordered one. Moving on we come to the really fun portion of this review. They asked if I wanted a drink. Well yes I did. I was thirsty I asked for a bottle of water. I might have well been asking for gold or something because they freaked right out on me, saying no no you can't have bottled water you have kids meal. Okay . .. So I order the water cup with sprite in it. I have now ordered the child's drink you would think that now I can order a bottle of water, right? Wrong... I tell them I also would like a bottle of water to go with my meal because I am thirsty. No no you can't have bottled water we give you water cup for free. You have kids meal you can't have bottled water. I kid you not they just eluded to me not having money for my food, like I am going to grab it and run off with it o something. Every employee was at the register like they wanted to make sure I could pay for the food I ordered . At that point I said to them I will now be taking this food to go. Because if I had stayed there any longer. I would have made every one of them girls cry. To top off the whole thing the food was disgusting and gross. Looks can...

Oh my gosh I don't think I've ever had such bad food in my life I wanted to go to the pizza place next store but they wouldn't stop trying to call me over and even try to entice my kids to try their food and I was just figured what the heck I'll get my kids a plate. my kids have never turned away food they'll eat anything you put on front of them right when my three-year-old said it's bad mommy it's bad and my 5 year old sit out the bits he tried to eat. I tried it it was so unbelievably horrible it was so bad I wanted to walk up and ask for a refund but the way that they were just begging for business not even one bite gotten and I just threw the whole thing away. Wish I would have asked for a refund. Chicken was cold I don't know what was going on with the noodles it literally tasted like someone rubbed batteries on them. Super soggy none of the breading stuck to the chicken and the chicken looked so disgusting on the inside. Was also over charged...
