Worst Denny's I've ever been to. The only decent thing about it was the 1 guy who was doing just about everything except cook the food. They were extremely short staffed, so he was seating people, taking orders, bringing out the food, and bussing the tables. The wait was way too long for our food. He said that the online orders kept coming in and they had a full screen, and it was causing the people who were dining in to have to keep waiting longer. When the food got to us it was horrible uncooked and cold. I ordered the lumberjack slam, eggs were not cooked and cold. Literally the white part was so watery it was a health issue! The toast was very rock hard and unedible, like it had been sitting on the counter opened up and drying up for days. Came with 2 of the smallest pieces of bacon I've ever seen, tiny and shriveled up smaller than my pinky. Almost as if they took 1 piece of bacon and broke it up into 4 pieces. The ham and pancakes were good, sausage links were also not fully cooked and cold. My wife had another slam breakfast with the same results on her eggs and toast. She actually had decent bacon. My kids both got crapes with the same uncooked health hazard eggs that we got. We would have sent it back to be redone, but since it already took almost an hour just to get our food we didn't want to wait again. Unreasonable when there were only 5 customers inside eating. He again said it was because of the online orders coming in. What?? So.. people who were seated were waiting an hour for their food because other people were ordering online for pick up and we were getting bumped? That's unbelievable! I've been to Denny's many times, but I will never be back to this one. I did give the hard working guy a decent tip, it really wasn't his fault for this hazardous waste...
Read moreOur server kept being sent off to do other side jobs. It was another server who seated us in his section, then disappeared to go take care of other guests in his section. Took over 20 mins just to get something to drink. Someone who was serving other guests came to check on us, said he would find our server then went back to serving other tables. Eventually, we were greeted by our server and our order taken. We watched as he seemed to be getting snubbed by other servers and some kind of issue between them and he was continually sent to clean/restock the restrooms and other such side work by the server who seemed to be acting as management. Our food was another hour getting to us, impossibly late considering it was just buffalo sauce on chicken tender salad. Waited forever to see him running around again, so we could get to-go contaners. We were not brought our ticket and had to be rung up without it at the register by the server/management. No apologies or explanations, no discount for the poor treatment offered. We are both former servers and staff of previous restaurants, and he used to work at a Dennys locally at home. Neither of us could fathom what had caused this, but we will NEVER visit this Dennys again if we can help it. While we sat there, we saw more people come in the door, sit for a while waiting to be seated, to finally give up and leave. Others were getting seated and taken care of in other sections. They were seated after us in another section, got their food and drinks, offered coffee and dessert, given their ticket, rung up and checked out, all before we even got food on our table. So disappointed in Dennys for allowing this to have happened. There were two or three more tables that got seated in our server's section by other servers that got the same...

It's 10:15am n my bf wanted the sirloin, to which she told us, it isn't available until after 11, nor were mashed potatoes or mac n cheese (which she kept repeating those 2 sides) Mind u, I had already ordered the slamburger prior to him trying to order. He couldn't decide so she said I'll give u a few minutes... cool! We notice on the breakfast u can order steak n eggs. So we wait about 10 mins (wasn't busy at all) n she came back n we asked, why u can get steak n eggs but can't order the steak dinner, again repeating 2 those 2 sides that weren't available, but not telling us what he CAN get. She got real rude n snippy with us. He placed his order for steak n eggs nonetheless. About a minute later, my food came out. Like who does that? Why put my order in n not wait? We actually had almost decided to leave, but said screw it, we was already there. I get my burger n it's literally pink on the inside. I told her I wanted it well done n she said it's the ONLY way they cook burgers due to safety reasons. I couldn't eat it n immediately felt sick. When we got the receipt she put medium on how I wanted the burger, as I got an attitude with her when she got rude n snippy with me smh I realized she probably did it on purpose. Also got charged $1.29 for cheese on hashbrowns which was almost non existent, but didn't get the cheese on his eggs. Our server, didn't deliver our food, nor come back to check on us, refill drinks or anything til she dropped off the check. She definitely don't need the name care bear with...
