Fratelli's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Orlando

This restaurant is very close to work. The food was really good. The delivery time is awful. Everything was great the first time we ordered. The second time we ordered they warned us that they had a lot of deliveries that it would be a while. That was fine since we were for warned, it took over an hour for deliver and they forgot to deliver a paid for drink with my lunch. We called, the women on the phone was nice about it, said just mention it the next time we order and they will bring it then. I was fine with that.

A co worker and I decided we would order from them again yesterday. We called as soon as they opened to try to head off the long delivery time and mentioned the drink that was forgotten on the last order. The rude male employee we spoke with told us that he hadn't forgotten our drink and named off that he delivered two drinks to our location (two drinks neither myself or my co worker drink) and told us that we didn't tip him last time and if we don't want to tip we can just come down and pick up our own food!!! We still put in the order for 1 small personal pizza and two slices. It took an hour and 45 mins. to deliver. We are 3 blocks from them.

What the hell kind of service is that? We always calculate in a tip, ALWAYS!!! This guy was so rude we have decided not to order from this place again. It's a shame since the food is pretty good. This guy needs to be let go. There are to many other options for us to put up with...

This rating is not for the food because we didn't get to eat, it is for the poor service from all three waitresses in lunch hour today, i was visiting the court next door and had limited time to grab lunch and go back, i walked in the restaurant and stood for couple minutes in the entrance, a waitress walk by me and say nothing, she came back to the table next to me while I'm standing there and say nothing not even welcome. So i got her attention and asked if i should seat myself she said yes and walked away, looking around there was about 7 tables empty but got dirty plates on em, i pick a dirty table and told myself it's ok because it was lunch hour and they were busy, i sat down, waited and waited, all three waitresses saw me and avoided eye contact, two of the waitresses walked by my table multiple time and never even acknowledge me or any of my party, i waited for 10 minutes that felt like it was an hour, i got up and walked away right by one of the waitresses and she didn't even ask me why I'm i leaving, just like they were saying "we got enough business today" i left and went to the diner next door, two minutes walking. I wanted to go back just to tell them that they were so unprofessional but i decided they don't even deserve it and properly...

The customer service here is disgustingly horrible. They barely tend to their customers, will ignore their customers who need to order or be seated until they are ready. My boyfriend has gone in here twice and was a victim of racially profiling. Having eat there previously we want back and simply asked if there was a change in the menu. The person ignored him and when he proceeded to order a chicken Alfredo the guy said he will not be taking his order because “he doesn’t like being told what to do” after asking for a manager and asking how did he tell him what to do the guy said he was the manager and owner and will not be taking his order. A simple question about the menu was followed by extreme hostility for no reason, and this was the second time that happened. I used to eat here often on my breaks which usually consisted of long waits until someone attended to me however now I will not be eating here again.
