Jimmy's Pizza — Restaurant in Orlando

Today Sunday September 4 I ordered a pizza because I always thought the pizza was very good, but as it is raining I ordered a delivery. When I placed the order, I was startled by the price of almost $60 for a pizza, but I still placed the order. But to my surprise the delivery took a while and despite having put the correct and complete address, the incompetent guy Delivery stayed in front of my house calling me, exactly at the door, An absurdity. In summary, I paid $60 for a cold pizza. When I called to complain at the pizzeria, the attendant told me that I should complain on the app as if I had chosen the app and not them. Anyway, it's not the 1st Pizzeria at that address and with this kind of service and treatment, this one is also going to go to space. I feel robbed not by the 60 dollars which is really a lot for a pizza, but by the lack of service and respect...

Definitely not what I expected for my first time here. Big disappointment . This place was not busy, yet we were not greeted as we came in. We had to sit ourselves down because no one came to assist us. Limited menu with barely any appetizers. Pizza was way over priced for what it was. Not to mention it took them a while just to make two small pizzas which didn't even come out at the same time. They put so much cheese on it it leaves the bottom of the dough soggy. Service was overall terrible. They never asked if we wanted a refill until the very end when we were ready to pay. They were more concerned for their fellow Italians in the restaurant than us. I guess if you are Italian you will get better service. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever come back. There is so much better pizza restaurants than this. Do yourself a favor and spend your money...

Found this place vacationing at Universal Dockside because it was open after the parks closed, had good reviews, free delivery and a pizza selection I’m not familiar with back home in South Jersey. We ordered the 4 cheese and the german. The pizzas were good from the sauce to the crust which had a great crispy chew to it. My only complaint is the delivery was exactly 32 min earlier than the notified delivery time! The driver (very nice guy) patiently waited while my son and I sprinted from the walgreens checkout back to the hotel lobby almost a half mile and 2 crosswalks away. My aging knees didn’t appreciate it after a 26k step day. I don’t want to be the guy complaining about getting pizza too early but 32 min is a big chunk of time.
