This was the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at a kfc. Ever go into a place and just feel like when the workers look at you and you’re less than? My food was ordered later because I am a cancer patient. I am in and out of hospitals all day long and when I get to my hotel, I order kfc. I get the worst order I could’ve had, (4 piece meal with a breast thigh wing and leg) and get all wings. They were hard, old, and not something I would even feed to my dog! The mashed is supposed to be 2 with gravy and I got one small scoop of mashed with a little gravy on top and then a side of gravy. Supposed to come with 2 biscuits and I got one biscuit, no butter or honey, no silverware and the wings were hard and old. I called a very nice manager about it and she said she would replace it. I spent money to go there and get a replacement and the manager had to get okay from the manager I soooke to, but then gets off the phone and says “you expect me to replace all of that!?” Then asks me where the food is. It’s in the trash where it belongs. And apparently calling me a liar, questioning me like you think I’m stealing out of your hands and maybe even because I’m white. Who knows. Regardless. This manager shouldn’t be a manager, especially this day in age. People get sued for less now. You shouldn’t have that job if you’re gonna talk to people the way you do and make someone feel a certain way! I would talk to your gm if I would have the strength to do so at this time! Should be ashamed of yourself for treating people like that in customer service! Not only was the order wrong, completely, but I get treated like I’m nothing, after I talked to YOUR boss? Nope. Something needs to be done about people like this being in other peoples faces. Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! You will get crap and bad service. Negative stars. Ps. You owe me a bus pass to come to you and get replacement that was WRONG ALSO! If you had dared to look at the receipt instead of ASSUMING you’d have noticed it’s extra crispy! Horrible...
Read moreThis place was awful and the workers were so rude! We placed an order and were told it would be 20 minutes and we were fine with that. After 30 minutes we were told we were going to have to wait 15 more minutes because this guy was here before us. They proceeded to take food out of my bag for this customer and I said I've already been waiting 30 minutes in which her answer was "well now you gotta wait 15 more minutes" while laughing. They gave this guy his order and then she rudely told a lady "how you not know what you order" and tossed her bag on the counter. I continued to wait and asked another employee how much longer and the rude lady was hiding by the drive thru mouthing words to her and she told me it would be another 15 minutes. I at this point asked for a refund. She came out from by the drive thru and walked back rudely mocking me saying oh she want a refund. She told the manager and I was ready to discuss this employee's rude behavior, but the manager threw up her hands and said "you're gonna have to wait I'm busy " I continued to wait as they continued mocking me and asking th either customers if they wanted a refund or are they gonna wait. I calmly waited to not stir up more trouble. When the manager finally came up she never not once apologized or made eye contact with me. Then she left me waiting without getting my receipt. I finally took it and walked out. My children were waiting at our hotel with my mom for food and by the time I made it back they were sleeping. They went to bed without dinner after a full day at Disney because of these rude workers! Needless to say I am angry and contacted corporate about the situation. Read moreThis is the worst KFC that I have ever visited. I witnessed one of the woman behind the counter talk to a customer in a way that was completely out of order. The customer politely asked about his order and was told in no uncertain terms “if you food is not on the counter, it is not ready, now stand over there”. When I received my order, we needed some cutlery for the Mac and cheese that we ordered. There was no condiment or cutlery area in the store so I politely asked another woman behind the counter who had red died hair. She rolled her eyes and offered me one spoon. I then asked for another spoon because I needed two. Her reaction was so unnecessary. Both woman in the stores had no concept of customer service. There was also a young lad in the store who was tasked with emptying the bins. He was wearing a KFC t shirt but was also wearing jeans that were hanging below his backside, within feet of people eating. I watched him empty the bins and then after sneaking off outside to check on his phone, went straight back to the tills and was soon handing people their food having not washed his hands after emptying the bins. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the food quality was terrible. It was not even recognisable as KFC. The staff are clearly not trained at all in the concept of customer service. Avoid this place. If by some miracle that the management read this review (I doubt they care enough to read their restaurants reviews) then you really should be ashamed of the level of service and food quality that you are...
