King's Pizza — Restaurant in Orlando

The cashier/order taker was very rude and dismissive. I called to place an order and was asked to hold, he never came back to the phone, while I walked to the location and placed my order in person still holding (there was no one in line ahead of me). I ordered the pizza, paid and sat in front of him an waited for my order. When my order was ready he simply placed it on top of he oven and continued to ignore me, while I sat in front of him waiting for the pizza. I checked on the order and it was ready, sitting on top of the oven, as no one called the order number. I asked for parmesan cheese packets and pepper and was told they cost $.25 each. No worries, I will pay, but they have a $5.00 minimum for cards and I had no cash. Most places give you packets with your order, so it would have been nice if that was offered before paying for the order so it could have been included. When I asked why that was not offered, he dismissed me again stating he was new and that's not his fault. If you dare to eat at the location, you will pay 15% more as a "Sanitation Fee". The pizza was not that good, mediocre at best. The crust has no flavor and could use a little salt. The cheese was the bare minimum. Save yourself this experience and...

I ordered this pizza on door dash and I didn’t pay attention to the inches it just said large so when the delivery lady came the box was bigger then her and I was in shock on how huge it was. I checked the app again and saw large is 24 inch. So a 24 inch for one person could last 3-4 days lol

This is by far the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. I normally never eat the crust at the end of any pizza that is not stuff crust or papa johns with the garlic sauce but this pizza here I was able to eat the crust without anything it’s that good. This has become my favorite place but next time I’ll get the 18 inch lol.

For those reviews of people saying it’s not a New York pizza hello it’s Orlando lol and try the 24 inch if u want big lol. The flavor was awesome. I read someone saying this had no flavor then girl check yourself because u might be sick. My vegan friend saw how much I was praising this pizza that he said let me eat the crust alone with some of the sauce and he took the cheese off lol. And he is very picky and he said wow this is good.

BEWARE!! RESPONSE FROM MANAGER IS A COMPLETE LIE! I DID NOT PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, NOR DID I RECEIVE A CALL BACK. HAD THAT BEEN THE CASE, MANAGER WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE FIRST TIME I CALLED. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ORDER FROM ANOTHER PLACE, THERE ARE MANY!! Driver called to tell me she was in the lobby. I got down there and couldn’t find her. I called her back and she hung up on me. When I called again, she said she left pizzas at the front counter at Sapphire Falls. We are staying at CABANA BAY. She said she would be there in five minutes. I called the manager to express my concern. I didn’t like the fact that my pizza was left with a third party at the wrong hotel. Manager said she would call me right back after talking to the driver. Of course, she never called me back. Meanwhile, we were given ICE COLD pizza. It was also all over the inside of the box. This pizza was not cheap! It was awful. Verly poor customer sevice. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I think they know they are dealing with tourists so don’t try to exceed or even meet...
