STORE#10140 Mc Donalds Altamira Dr, Orlando Fl violent and rude manager (Demarcus), with unacceptable behavior. I ordered at the kiosk and a blank receipt came out, I approached the manager and told him I needed my receipt, and he said: you have to wait (with a loud voice), I went to my seat and my father also wanted cinamon rolls, I wanted to order, so I get back to the kiosk again and I didn't see the product on the screen, so I asked for help, and the manager himself told me: "You don't see me, we're only 3 people working here and we're busy, you have to wait" (yelling at me throughout the lobby), I asked him: don't you have another cashier to charge me here at the register and not at the kiosk please? He kept saying, "Noooo we're busy, and he started laughing and telling the employees: "what this woman thinks she is?, she doesn't see us that we are only 3 and we are busy, she needs to wait, shouted the manager ". 5 min later, he left the counter, and went to the kiosk, I follow him to the same kiosk he looked for the product, he found it and he began to yell at me and said: "you don't see it, there is the product" (treating me like a fool or a little girl) : I say please do not get so close to me and do not yell at me, I asked him, are you the manager and behaves like that? He ignored me and said, "we are still busy, and there is the cinamon roll", he returned to the counter and began to tell the employees: " What this litle woman think she is?!"while he was laughing and making fun of me. At that moment I went to my table to wait for the food together with my family who listened to everything as well as the people around. We saw that the manager sent a young employee and pointed to us and told her to send it to "her the one see us we only 3 and we busy, God Damn", laughing at our family. The employee came to our table with a bag of food, and I asked her what the manager's name was, and she just turned her back on us and walked away. My mother annoyed and frustrated by the manager's behavior, we couldn't eat because the situation was very uncomfortable, she put all the food in the bag minutes after they gave it to us, and went to get the money back, the manager started screaming from the counter and in front a lot of customers : "which kiosk do you use? I have no problem giving you the money", then I started taking pictures of the place, and of him, and I also have a video, he said:" I'm the manager and I don't care about anything, I'm going to give you a refund of the money and after that you guys get out the restaurant screaming loud and he threatened us and told us that if we didn't leave, he was going to give us a trespassing order with the police. We left and it was the worst experience my family and I have ever had. This is unprofessional and...
Read moreWe ordered food after visiting universal studios. We ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget 1 mc double 1 large fry , 1 large coke, 1 double bacon qtr cheeseburger. We paid fine, and then when we got to pick up window they asked us to pull forward. We said we didnt want to because we had not gotten our food yet. They gave us a drink and then the girl said you need to pull forward we are messing up their drive through timer. Then an extremely rude man named Leyan came to the window and said you have to move you are causing a problem. We are messing up their speed of service we are a problem. We replied we are a problem? And he said yes you are our problem. We asked for a manager and a refund and the first manager came to the window and asked what the problem is. When we told her we paid for our food and they had not given it to us and told us we are a problem for ordering food and messing up their time as a paying customer she said did Leyan did you really say that, and closed the window. We were then told they would refund our order only if we moved up. A second manager came out with a partially refunded order because the other rude girl who gave us a soda and took it back said we never gave it back. McDonalds verbally abused a paying customer. Never gave a full refund and charged a customer without providing service which is stealing. Verbal assault is never appropriate and telling a customer to move or leave without receiving their product is so far beyond unacceptable. Your staff ruined our vacation experience after being verbally attacked and needs to be disciplined and removed from the company. Verbally attacking clients and screaming they are the problem because they want their product they paid for in drive is not a way to run a business.

Read moreThis McDonald’s location used to be excellent, but something has changed this year—especially this month—and it is disappointing to see. Every visit, no matter how small my order is, I get parked. Even for one single combo, they park me to save their timer. This is not good customer service.
When the food is finally brought out, it is often the wrong order. They take it back inside, wait another five minutes, and still come back with the wrong order again. There are no apologies, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency to make things right. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know exactly what is happening: this team is more focused on their timer and looking good on the leaderboard than serving customers with care.
I shouldn’t have to leave 30 minutes earlier for work just to account for a drive-thru delay at McDonald’s. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient. This location has turned what should be a five-minute stop into a 15-minute wait every single time.
There doesn’t seem to be a manager present, even in the middle of the day, which is a major concern. Leadership is clearly needed here to bring this store back to the standard McDonald’s is known for.
I am leaving this review not out of anger, but out of care. This location has potential to be great again if someone steps in and holds the team accountable. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this, visits this location, and brings order back to this store. People’s time is valuable. This is not just about food—it’s about respect and integrity.
