Love Snacks Coxinha & Cia Orlando — Restaurant in Orlando

The food was always amazing, that is undeniable. Today, I ordered a combo for a celebration at my place. As soon as we picked up and tried the coxinhas, we noticed it tasted sweet on the outside and immediately called the store to report it. I could not return to the store due to the tight schedule. (The other snacks were good, only the coxinhas were tasting weird and sweet, as they had been in contact with sugar somehow.) The store said it was impossible, even though they didn't even offered to pick them up and try them, the owner called me and intead of listening to me, she said the problem was me and that I probably had something wrong with my taste buds, or that it was not their responsability. Important to mention, none of the boxes were sealed. And then, when I said it was sad to see how they act after sales, she said one more time that I, the client, was wrong for complaining about the snacks, not them for delivering a bad product. And she told me there's plenty of ppl selling coxinhas and she didn't care anout my opinion or review. It is really sad and shameful as I was a costumer, as well as my family, who had bought their snacks the previous week and they were good,. That was just our first complaint because it didn't taste like it usually does. I wouldn't rely on them anymore with food for my party. As the owner said, there's more places to buy. Maybe they respect more their clients. I could not serve the coxinhas at my party. I wouldn't take the risk to buy from this place anymore. The store itself looks great, but unfortunately, our experience with the staff was very disappointing. We visited on July 28th around 7:30 PM and were met with an unwelcoming attitude from the attendant, who seemed to be in a bad mood and was quite rude. We initially tried to use the self-ordering kiosk, but after facing issues, we approached the cashier, who was unwilling to help and treated us disrespectfully.

To make matters worse, the food did not meet our expectations. The meat in the esfihas did not taste like real meat, and overall, the quality was poor. We came from far away hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, we left feeling...

I love Brazilian Snacks, it is not because I am a Brazilian.

Specially with the food from my country I have high expectations! And they were perfect on everything I tried!

They place is super cute, welcoming! I loved the decoration. Ju was amazing, she is great with customer service and taking care of the place.

This location it is inside the MarketPlace Outlets. Free parking, and a good option if you are there shopping.

You can eat there, as well as you can also order food for party, which is what I will be doing next.
