We went here right after they opened a few months ago. The waitress was very nice and extremely attentive. Unfortunately, we didn't like plov because it had too much oil and Khinkali had almost no meat. The soups were good. We returned for European party and it was not so good. I had only one beer the whole night because the server never came. They played edm music almost the whole night and when we asked to put something else the dj answered that the music was preloaded lol. There was not a lot of people and we left because it was boring. We returned for karaoke. It was not what you would expect for karaoke where people were singing. Most of the time it was the hostess who was singing or talking and whole lot of dance music playing. It was boring as she would be saying "come on people let's sing from the soul" and then would sing 5 songs herself or play dancing music lol. She was really enjoying her own singing. In between songs the music was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation, but no one was dancing. It was club loud, not a lounge. They have a little misunderstanding of what lounge is. And frankly speaking it's a restaurant, not a lounge. The prices are very high. Everything, especially alcoholic drinks are extremely overpriced: a bottle of Jagermeister is $160. They are dishonest on the menu it said that a shot of Jagermeister is $11 on the bill it was ran $12. They charge you 18% service charge and don't tell you about it. They just bring you machine with the total. So check your bill, because our friends ended up tipping them 40% and they had to return money back. I'm not tipping on top of 18% service charge, no matter who it goes to. The waitress doesn't know the difference between Jagermeister and whiskey. We ordered double whiskey and first she was arguing that they don't do double and then she brought a double shot with ice of Jagermeister. Well... that also could be the the music is soooo loud that nobody could hear anything. Just an FYI they don't have draft beer it's all bottle but you don't get your bottle. They bring it to you in a small glass. So just be aware you might be receiving remaining beer from someone else order, that they saved. Yuck! The music equipment was constantly failing also and they had to restart. Olivie salad was oversalted, the food in general is mediocre. They've improved a bit though. I recommend to turn the music slightly down and AC slightly colder, improve the food and be more honest to their customers and make prices more aligned with what a restaurant is. That may draw more people...
Read moreI usually never complain but this was the weirdest lounge experience in my life, I really wanted to like this place. Visited yesterday with my friends for the first time to just chill and enjoy food. I must admit, I really like the food, we ordered Somsa, Khinkali, Red Beet Salad, Medovik, and tea, tastes amazing, but it is way overpriced.
Around 6 pm we noticed a big gathering of people on the opposite corner of the room, we assumed it was a birthday celebration which was fine at first. Suddenly, the music completely stopped, and we had to listen as someone from that group was literally yelling in the microphone and that loud noise was transferred to speakers which hurt our ears for solid 30 minutes, it was way too loud (proof below). Even though this place has an outside terrace, we were neither warned about this party coming later in the day nor offered to move outside. If you know that there’s going to be a large and loud gathering on a particular day - please just temporarily close the restaurant, that group was disrespectful, we came before them, and they knew they weren’t alone in the restaurant. While this group was continuously yelling, laughing in a microphone (still no music), the waitress brought us dessert (without utensils) and then completely forgot about us, we had to repeatedly call, wave for anyone to bring utensils separately just to start eating. Then they abruptly turned on the music to the max volume - just because that group had a special request for russian songs.
At the end of this we were automatically charged 18% for service fee (which from my observations applies to group of minimum 5-6 people) which was only shown on a receipt which they don’t print unless you ask them - frankly, there was no service at all, very unprofessional in all aspects. However I do appreciate that a manager listened to our concern and immediately took that fee off. We wanted to try out hookah as well, but we couldn’t handle that madness for any longer. Awkward experience and horrible first impression, unfortunately not coming back.
*(Video - we were laughing at first because we initially thought it was some kind of embarrassing prank, we have never experienced this kind of group behavior in...
Read morethis place blew me and my gf’s socks off. we vacationed here to orlando and got recommended this place from a facebook friend of the hookah master there, George. George confirmed he would be there and how delightful everything will be and he was not wrong at all. from food, drinks, hookah and all around service was truly an experience. they also had a live singer last night when we were there and it was enjoyable. to dine we had the ribeye and lamb chops dinner cooked to our liking. no pics because we feasted like beasts it was too tasty. we had a few classic drinks and they do them very well. our waitress was perfectly attentive and polite to our dinning experience. even talented as she performed a song with the singer of the night! we also indulged in the star of the show, the hookah session and must i say it was nothing short from the best we’ve ever had. even when we make our own at home. George, the hookah master was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, just a perfectionist of his craft. he made sure we had the perfect smoke session due to the info we gave to him of our experience of smoking. if you are a seasoned smoker he’s got you covered, casual or even beginner he has you covered. he rotated coals and checked on us with perfect timing. he’s very open to questions and conversations you need for hookah or other things as well. i must add that the dining with hookah smoking is outside only which opens arms to anyone wanting to dine with kids or non-smokers as well inside peacefully. i was blown away by this lounge and their staff and i’ve been to countless so it says allot. if you are in the orlando area or not i would highly suggest going out your way to experience this lounge and the staff any day...
