Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Orlando

I dont give it a 0 star because it will not let me. My family and I decided to eat before going to the movies so we stop at red Robin we usually love the food and service of others red Robin. But I can not say the same about this one. They sit us down and we wait it 20 minutes before I ask a host if we had a server at least to take our drinks oder she ask around and after 5 minutes looking (she was really lost) she try to take our oder I guess to help we told her a name of a beer and she did not know what beer it was jajajja so we told her do not worry we will wait for a server and worse mistake ever. We waited 15 more minutes and nobody came I ask the host again and she ask around again finally the server came out and instead of her taking our order of drinks at least no she passed right by us and tell us give me a minute and checks on her other table that already had food if everything was ok. She could of at least take our oder of drinks and then leave to check on her table. Really upsetting. So we decided to get up and leave I ask the hostess for a manager because I was so upset and she told me her manager said 10 minutes at this point I was done waitting. So sad my daughter really wanted to eat there and we had to pick another place because we had a movie to watch and we had left the house two hours prior the movie to have time to eat and at this point we had only 30 minutes left for the movie. And the worse part nobody really care that we were not happy about waitting so long. Yeah DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SERVISE SUCKS. I wanted to give them no stars but in order to make you aware of my experience I had to give them 1. I drove with my family ten miles to get there, and paid 2 tolls. Really wanted to start the year with a dinner with my family. I had the most horrible experience. We waited a half an hour for our food and they brought me the wrong meal. The waitress looked like just started working there. Took about 3 bathroom breaks and did not even acknowledge us that we have not gotten our food. She apologized unsincerely and told me she would bring me my meal asap. The manager told me he would rush my meal, I guess he was the manager, because he did even introduce himself to me as the manager. Anyway I get my food another 15 later, by this time my family had finished eating and I was already so upset that I lost my appetite. I told the so called manager that he can comp my plate, and just charge my family's meal. He said okay and that he was going to do already, and then later brought me the bill. I have been in the restaurant management industry for 17 years, and I will not let a guest walk out the door without making things right. I would not recommend this place to no one. A lady across from us was choking and the waitress did not even bring her water. But she had time to chat with her fellow co workers. They keep providing service like this at this location, they wont be in business for too long. I will never walk in to a Red Robin again. Shame they had great fries that my 8 year old...

My husband has been trying to convince me to go because for some unknown reason he liked this place….. it WAS Not worth the price though. I got a Cheese fondue burger and for ONE patty and fries it was $22. I got a little bit of cheese to dip my burger in. My husbands burger and fries came out to be about be $27 for the southern charm adding an additional patty. THIS IS NOT A 5 star restaurant to be charging them prices lol. The worst part is that it’s my birthday and all I wanted to try was the MUD PIE. Please look at the cameras and see HOW long it took Jakai to bring it out… 55 minutes and it wasn’t even busy tonight. On top of that we already paid the tab which came out to $82 not including tip for 2 burgers, 1 app and 2 drinks….. after we waited the 55 minutes she then comes out and tells us, I didn’t charge you for the mud pie in the original recipe so I just added it… another $11 … what ended up happening is that she gave the table in front us my mud pie 30 minutes before. She was reminded several times about the dessert and still nothing! I COULD OF WENT TO FOGO DE CHOA, Texas De Brazil, Charlie’s steak house, Texas road house, Longhorn and spent the same amount or LESS and had better food then some damn burgers and fries. I love my husband for the man he is and trying to make my birthday very low key as requested but y’all really SUCK!!! I should have just stuck with my guy and went to chilis! That cookie skillet is WAY better and cheaper than a tiny pc...
