I order from this location of Sonny’s all the time because it’s so close to where I live and they offer curbside pickup, however offering it and actually providing the service are two different things. This is the 2nd time I have gone to pickup a curbside order only to arrive, check in (whether it be texting the # on their TOGO parking sign, checking in to their app, or checking in via a link they text you) to then proceed to sit in my car for 30+ minutes while I see literally 4-6 other customers arrive 10-15minutes AFTER me, walk into the restaurant & get their TO GO orders and have already left and I’m still sitting there for 20 additional minutes. The only reason I have received my food both times is because after 30+ minutes I call them (sometimes they answer, sometimes you have to try 3-4 times). This location needs to stop offering curbside pickup when it seems to be a service they have no desire in actually doing. To make matters worse I always add on at minimum a 20% tip to the order I placed online so it’s incredibly frustrating when they bring out the food, give no apology & act like this is normal.
