I was just here in Krispy Kreme doughnuts this morning . And I order the valentine doughnuts and iced caramel specialty latte I was told on the speaker they didn’t carry the valentine box and I was ok with it . When I pull to the window Karla was super rude and had a very negative attitude for a 9:30 am and being the only car in the drive thru . Also when she handed me my coffee was not the same as the picture I asked if she can please put the whip cream and caramel drizzle . She said it was and up charge I said I order the New specialty drink for a reason and she kept giving attitude because the second time she handed me the coffee it was missing the caramel and once again i asked I want it the same way as the picture . My point here is that if u can’t give great customer service don’t get this kind of job . It’s very crucial to give bad customer service . When I asked to speak to a managers you d lady came didn’t got her name but they have no manners and then she said that Karla just had a bad morning and I said Karla has just ruined our morning and I will sit here for 5 min and wait for me to talk to manager so another general manager she claimed to be by the name of Kristina was worst then Karla and said that everything was given to us what’s the issue and I try to point out the reason why and she said well u can sit here all day long if u want I don’t care . I try explaining to her that her attitude was the same as Karla and she said to go get a life and she slammed her window very hard . Wow I’m impressed how this business has very rude employee's and GM . I think HR should do a big Review on there goals as a team . Because I’m spending my money I’m going to expect great customer service non of the employees apologize for the attitude . I will not be coming back . Placed an order for a Medium Iced Vanilla Coffee, had to wait for over 7mins at the window for a tiny cup (looked like a small) that taste horrible. I checked my receipt and it said Med Hot Vanilla Latte at A $4.49 charge. The menus screen had a different price. And it did not reflect my order. They gave me an iced latte not an iced coffee. It was watered down with horrible flavor. The girl did say they were having problems with the machine that’s why I had to wait. I went back in to ask if that was the correct size and another girl looked at the bottom of my cup and said I think so. How do you not know??? Will never buy coffee here again it’s a waste of money. I ate an entire lemon "filled" doughnut and didn't even get a bite of the cream it was completely empty. The second one wasn't any better it had a small lick of lemon cream in it. I don't know why, but the consistency is just never there. I have given this location several chances since it is the only one close to me, but I'm just going to make that visit my last because I am always disappointed.
