This was supposed to be for Cinemark in Palmdale. NOT WENDY'S!!!! My wife and I were celebrating our 16 year married and 17 years together. 4-22-22 we went on line and purchased tickets for "everything everywhere all at once" along with a large popcorn ans large drink. The movie started at 10 something pm and we ended up not being able to make it. We figured if we went in and spoke to a manager the next day, it would be an easy fix. We DIDN'T want money back. We just want what we already paid for. The Popcorn we didn't eat, the drink we didn't drink, and the movie we didn't watch. I have seen people get vouchers for unpleasant experiences here before. I've also seen dropped popcorn be replaced without question. However after politely explaining our situation to the manager she says there is nothing she can do, and that they can't just hand out tickets or issue refunds. She said we have to call corporate. I asked if that has worked for people in the past as far as she is aware and she said yes. So my wife and I go back to the parking lot to call corporate. My wife is on hold for 20 min before a weird and clearly inappropriate conversation begins to come through in french. It's a man's voice and he sounded as if he was on a call with someone we couldn't here. I then called the same number on my phone to make sure we wouldn't get disconnected. At this point my wife had been waiting through a high call volume for over 30 min and I was on hold for 13 min. I went back in to the theater while on hold to show the manager it isn't working. She came out of office and rolled her eyes clearly annoyed but I don't think she expected me to be there watching when she opened the door. She proceeded to tell me the same thing and it's as if we are going in circles. Finally she says i'll give you passes for today but in the future we will have to go through corporate, but wait we paid for popcorn too! She says sorry you'll have to call corporate for the popcorn and drink. Absolutely ridiculous! What's the point in having an onsite manager if they are good for nothing. Still haven't gotten through to corporate. This was an unnecessary stressful situation that could have been easily fixed. Oh and we still haven't been able to get though top corporate, But maybe that was another lie like when she said she couldn't give...
Read moreSuper service at this location ,i rode up on my motorcycle so i went inside to place my order and this crew was on point im very observing of what goes on with the operations of a business when i am making a transaction as i alwsys seem to compare with my business that i am retired from but always analytical of all business dealings .and this location very surprising to me in just how fast and fluid like these people work here .it is almost as if they csn actually read each others minds there is not much communication between the employees other than the noticable smiles and great swing of operation and when communicating with me ? All smiles my order came super fast the restaurant was surgical clean as well the employees .its not the first time ive eaten here and definately wont be the last ! You wont find a faster drive through service than this location !! Everytime i come through the drive through at first site its depressing at the long line of cars but quickly changes to super happy as it just moves incredibly and i do mean incredibly FAST!! My order had never been wrong and the food is always perfect and never missing anything .maybe im the luckiest customer in Wendy's history or they are just that good? If i had to complain about anything it would only be the pricing of food but this is with any fast food place other than that ,i will always keep this location at the forefront as a place to go with no problems and quick efficient service that i feel like a very valued customer drive...
Read moreNormally I have a good experience here but this time was just really poor customer service, the two daughters normally get excited about the kids meals here especially if it’s ordered through the app because it comes with a frosty. I placed the mobile order and chose the drive thru as a pickup option. I went through the drive thru and they just kept telling me they didn’t receive it and to go park and wait so I did that and waited an extra maybe 10 min to see if it came through the system. I went through the drive thru for the second time to see if it came through and they acted like they didn’t care, very short and just rude and still said they didn’t receive it when I was clearing showing them that it was confirmed through the app and taken out of my account. So I asked them if I should cancel it, they said yes and ended up charging me for two small frosties and didn’t say sorry or anything so I felt like it was poor customer service.
