Best Pizza on The Beach — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

First off this place does not let you call in an order, with pizza it matters when you want to customize an order. With that said I complied and ordered online, as expected when you can't talk to a real person they called me within a few minutes and told me "we don't have sausage...". First off what kind of pizza joint runs out of sausage lol (two of my pizzas had sausage on them). I told them I would like to cancel my order and I want a refund. The worker (who clearly had no clue what she was talking about) told me they had no sausage and I would have to request my refund "online" which is not true at all because they have to refund you directly. The manager called me after calling them 3 times getting different answers each time and told me that they do in fact have sausage (from her home which I do appreciate her calling me during her free time) and asked if I wanted them to make my pizzas. I said no way and she informed me that her employee was wrong about the sausage and the way to get a refund. All in all the manager was great and got me the refund but I will never go back there because clearly they have bad policies in regards to taking orders and their employees have no clue what they have and don't have and also do not know any of the processes that effect their customers. I would not recommend this joint for ordering pizza to go. Maybe I would have had a better experience if they let people order over the phone (I am not new to online food ordering but with pizza there should always be the option to call). This was a hard review for me. I'll start out by saying the food was very good!! The pizza is definitely high quality. I placed the order on grubhub at 5:00 and it said the food would be ready between 5:50-6:00. When I arrived at 5:50 they hadn't even started on my order yet. There were 2 employees working and 1 employee who I'm assuming was the manager or owner. This is why I am only giving 1 start, that "manager" never once stepped up amd helped those other 2 employees instead he was yelling at them and cussing at them very loudly in front of the whole restaurant!! One of the employees even asked him how to do something and he just yelled at her and said she should have learned how to do that during training. Then he just left and drove off leaving those other 2 employees to make all of the food on their own. Those other 2 employees were so friendly and I felt so bad for them. So while overall the food was good and I received good customer service from those 2 employees I will not support this business knowing how the management/owner...

Was by far NOT the Best Pizza on the beach. The service was horrible. They were rude and hateful and not helpful at all. We had to ask for plates to which she rolled her eyes and went to get them then when she did finally bring them out tossed them on the table. The pizza was not good at all. The pizza crust was soggy. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and they both tasted bland. We ordered half pepperoni and half beef on one of them and we got pepperoni on it all and sausage on half of it. The other pizza was a chicken bacon ranch which had hardly any ranch. We had to get a plastic knife to cut them because they were not cut all the way. They pizza was not worth the price by far. We had to ask for boxes and then got the smallest box they had for the large pizzas. When we asked for bigger boxes the girl again rolled her eyes and when she finally came back out front she tossed the boxes on the counter. They were hateful to other customers also.
