A Must-Try Breakfast Spot Near Mandalay Bay! If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast escape from the usual hotel fare in Las Vegas, The Egg Shop is an absolute gem! This unassuming little shack, conveniently located right across from Mandalay Bay, is serving up some truly amazing breakfast selections that are definitely worth seeking out. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, particularly the egg and steak sandwich – a savory delight. The Flour Tower chocolate chip pancakes were a huge hit with the kids (and us adults too!). They were clearly prepared fresh, incredibly fluffy, and just melted in your mouth. While there was a slight mix-up with our order, where we received the steak sandwich instead of the egg and steak initially, the team at The Egg Shop handled it gracefully and compensated us, which we really appreciated. It just goes to show they value their customers! Overall, our experience at The Egg Shop was excellent. I was in the city to attend a conference and breakfast is probably my favorite kind of food so of course I went searching for local shops that serve fantastic breakfasts.

I found The Egg Shop on Google Maps and it was within a 15 min walk from my hotel so off I went. I will say that if you're headed south down Las Vegas Blvd, this place can be easy to miss because majority of the signage faces south rather than the road. I overshot it the first the and had to walk back :D

I got the Smoothie Bowl and an Egg Griddle. It was a quite a bit of food but it was delicious. There were different smoothie options for the base (I forgot which one I chose), but there were a decent amount of fruit on there. The Egg Griddle though...that thing was essentially 2 thick, fluffy pancakes with sausage, egg and cheese in between, topped with powder sugar and maple syrup on top. There is a wide variety of food for breakfast and lunch. Check out the large variety of shakes. There are Vegan and Gluten free options.

The portions sizes of the food are large and the food is filling. Bring your appetite because you will need it to finish.

The prices are modest compared to anything you'll pay on the strip.

We ordered the Steak and egg sandwich with a hash brown patty and a Cali Breakfast burrito with bacon. We barely finished the meal and we both have large appetites.

You WILL not be disappointed. We highly recommend this place to handle your foodie needs.
