*EDIT: the TG customer care team reached out and took steps to make things right. Because of their quick action and care, I will definitely give them another try.
Disappointed after being so excited for our first time. Here’s why: We checked in early and spent some time upstairs before heading to our bay. Unfortunately, we were assigned a spot on the bottom floor, in a far corner where the targets are barely visible, and the angle makes swinging awkward. Before we even started, I asked if we could be moved upstairs—there were plenty of visibly empty bays. Without making any effort to accommodate, the staff member (arms crossed, unhelpful demeanor) told us they were fully booked. The only option offered was to cancel our reservation and wait an hour for a new spot.
I pointed out the open bays again and mentioned that we were never given a floor choice when booking. He said those were all reserved—not by one party, but by various other groups. It didn’t make sense to me why people who weren’t present were prioritized over those who had arrived early and were ready to play. Honestly, it felt like we were shoved into the worst bay because we were only a party of two. Throughout our visit, I saw several empty bays on the first floor in better locations.
This soured the whole experience. TopGolf really should offer bay preferences during booking, or at least operate on a fairer, first-come, first-served basis for those who are on time and present.
The shot tracker was inconsistent. Sometimes it gave extra swings to one person or didn’t register hits correctly, which kind of took away from the fun and fairness.
Our pitcher of Big Wave tasted sour and off—not very enjoyable. The nachos were decent, though.
One thing to be aware of: the final bill combines gameplay and food, which can make the tip seem unusually high if you’re not paying close attention.
Positives: Our server, Michelle, was lovely—friendly and attentive. She mentioned she was new, and it showed in a good way. The manager did eventually give us a small discount due to the situation, but even he seemed a bit checked out, like the place had...
Read moreIt's quite hard to count how many times I've come here before. I love Top Golf at any location, and this one does not disappoint whatsoever. The staff was super attentive, the food was served hot and fast, and the games were as fun as ever. The team here is full of energy and enthusiasm, which is very much needed in a vibrant city like Las Vegas.

One of the things I love most about Top Golf is the environment they've created. It’s not just about the golf—it’s about the entire experience. The seating is comfortable, the setup allows for a great social experience, and even if you're not into golf, you can still have a fantastic time just enjoying the vibe, the music, and the delicious food.

Whether you're a local or just visiting, Top Golf is a must-stop for fun, food, and great memories. Highly recommended, wish I could say this more about other establishments especially the ones that cater to...
Read moreThough we didn't try any food or drinks, this was our first Top Golf experience and the whole family liked it. My wife and son had never picked up a club before, but enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I play and I really enjoyed myself. The setting is fun and it's relatively inexpensive. We came at 10 when they opened on a Monday and it cost $42 for an hour. ($5 extra on top of that because it was our first time. Some membership type deal) It was well worth it. There's some fun games to play but I was very impressed with the ball tracking technology. The staff was very friendly and checked up on us often. The food and beverage prices looked decent but we had just come from eating beforehand. We will be coming back cause the price is hard to beat.
Edit: Came a second time recently. My opinion of the golf still stands. Fun time for all. This time we ordered some nachos and a few drinks. The frozen espresso martinis were good and the kettle one mule was great. I'll mention again the service has been amazing both times and the staff is so friendly. We'll be stopping in again next Sunday and we're very much looking forward to it.
Edit: Came again first week of January. They added a Sonic game to the golf setup which was cool. We really love this place. New things to note: the sheet tray nachos are really good. We got them without any meat this time and they're still great, with quality ingredients. The sliders were okay but pricey, as it was $15 for 3 smallish sliders. We got two orders and that did us good for the four of us. They were good quality, but a bit sweet due to the onions and sauce. We've ordered drinks now three times, and I'll say they're kind of subpar (as far a cocktails). They're reasonably priced, but our server suggested we get doubles and I think they forgot the alcohol. It's alright though. Another great experience with friendly, super attentive staff. We'll...
