Downstairs — Restaurant in Park City

I was very disappointed in the way the group I was with were treated. a group of 9 girls went for a bachelorette party on 10/14/2017. on our way to the club we were stopped by 2 separate parties warning us not to go. They said the service was terrible. We wanted to find out for ourselves. After getting in and each getting a drink, we inquired about one of the many empty tables. it was 11:22 pm. The bartender refused to get us a table and would not confirm or deny if any were reserved. then would not take our orders. we then left and on the way out we had mentioned to the "door men" what had happened. We received no apology and were told this bar has been the A-list bar for the past 4 years. We asked if it was true then why were there 9 empty tables, the dance floor scarce, and the awful service? They only said go somewhere else and see if its better. There were 3 "door men" outside which all of them said similar if not the same thing. They were also cocky with terrible attitudes. 3 of the 9 of us (including myself) were servers at a club in salt lake for many years, we know what service should be like and how you should present your work place. Honestly the marketing is completely misleading for this place. It is shown a vibrant bustling night-place with lots of young people having lots of fun. We were hopeful.

When we got there, the place was barren. With an 8-1 staff-customer ratio. Some of the only other patrons were old couples drinking out of wine glasses.

We went to sit down and were told we couldn't sit in most all the seating areas because it was for food service only. In the pictures, a dance area is shown. In reallity the place is only seating. Not welcoming at all.

There were 3 girls there who's only job was to stand in their super skimpy outfits and look pretty. A pretty sad attempt, objectifying women like that, is what I say.

This is great for old couples who like the pretend they're young as well as feel superior by being in an 'exclusive club.' It was generic, empty, an just plain sad. Nice drinks, but don't waste your money here.

A-list bar, far from I think. The only reason it gets 2 stars it because the staff wasn't mean, the drinks were good, and the place was clean.

Try something more original Underground, you are a cookie-cut bad...

The table manager Bryan Anderson is very manipulative and controlling… he is always trying to upgrade the bottle service on you… Leading you to believe that he will take care of the difference but when the final check comes out he does not… He manipulates people into buying bottles that they couldn’t afford in the first place. Very controlling and very manipulative… I will not ever go back to this club and I will advise everyone I know not to go there either.

P.S. he makes bottles disappear from tabs when he wants to. And uses the money saved to benefit him in return outside of the downstairs. Therefore he is stealing from the owner.

Women fear him because he is so manipulative and controlling to all of his servers that work underneath him… Very bad business etiquette.
