An exceptional dining experience. My wife decided to try the short ribs, while I opted for the New York strip steak. Our server, Josh, was simply fantastic.
From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we felt welcomed. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, perfect for a romantic dinner. Our server, Josh, greeted us with a warm smile and provided impeccable service throughout the evening. He was attentive to all our needs and ensured we had a memorable experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. My wife's short ribs were incredibly tender and juicy. The glaze was delightfully flavorful and melted in the mouth. My New York strip steak was perfectly cooked to the temperature I requested and had an exceptional taste. The cuts of meat were of high quality, and you could taste the dedication in their preparation.
In addition to the excellent food and impeccable service, I must also mention Fletcher's extensive wine list. They have an impressive selection that perfectly complements each dish.
In summary, Fletcher's is a restaurant that should not be overlooked in Park City, Utah. From the exquisite food to the exceptional service provided by Josh, every aspect of our experience was simply outstanding. Without a doubt, we will be returning on our next trip...

We picked this place due to the great reviews, but I kind of regret wasting the money, when we could have gotten better elsewhere. It looks good, but flavors lacked.
Had the biscuits and they were unique, then the fries which were $11 and definitely not as good as pretty bird or other restaurants. Had the Brussel spouts which were fine, but not a ton of flavor like flemmings or aubergine. I had the salmon salad and it was decent, just not worth $30. My wife got the short ribs which was basically a roast which was fine, but ribs are better than roast in my opinion. Then we got the butter cake and it was ok, but the ice cream was super hard, should be more creamy than rock hard. Definitely not worth $14. We had a party of 6 and they added 20% tip or $58 tip for us, which is ridiculous for not allowing us to tip what we'd like, which I usually top 15%, since it was on par service. Some places let you know if you have a party of 8 or 10 or more it's automatic 18%, but 20% for a table of 6 is way too steep.
Long story short, skip this place and go to aubergine or flemmigs....
Read moreFood is excellent and well presented! The reason they fell short of a perfect rating was for several reasons. The staff was great and super courteous...especially our waitress. However, the place is SUPER LOUD!! We were seated next to the most obnoxious woman ever and there was nothing we could do about it. This made our group of four want to hurray up and get out of there!! As I said, food was GREAT! The different things ordered were the Cheddar Biscuits; Modern Wedge; Steak & Greens; Short Rib Grilled Cheese; and the Peanut Crusted Salmon. (Had a bone from the Salmon go through the roof of my mouth - so if you order because it is such a yummy dish, just be careful). When my daughter and I went to the ladies room, which was down two flights of stairs, we were greeted by this gentleman. Instead of his greeting being, "Hi ladies, can I help you with anything?, he said, "I need to see your ID's"! My 33 year old daughter and I stopped and said excuse me. We need ID's to use the bathroom? He then realized where we were going and did not reply. That was CRAZY!!! This is not my first time at Fletcher's, and hopefully...
