PC Pho — Restaurant in Park City

My experience at this hole was so bad I actually felt I needed to inform people that this place is horrible They charge double for everything...dont let them gaslight you and say some story about covid prices its pho; litterally one of the cheapest dishes to make.16 dollars for an unseasoned flavorless unclarified "bowl of pho" with a whopping 3 pieces of meat 2.dont bother calling in your order they couldn't care less they will litterally wait until you show up and remind them that you already placed an order just to make you wait 20- 30 minutes while they make your food that should have already been started Non of the food on the menu is actually what they make its litterally all stock photos of better looking food This place is run by the same people who run the nail salon and the dry cleaners next door guess, beauticians and cleaners make terrible cooks... 5.this is litterally only place to get something that looks like pho in PC and that's there whole business plan which is sad because it gives actually good pho a bad rap, I say looks like because anyone that knows what pho tastes like would be so ashamed and offended as I was when I was served this joke of a meal 6.this place would be shut down if an inspector came through, they were litterally keeping hand sanitizer at each table within millimeters of their silverware and squirt bottles of condiments Anyone who gave this place better than a 1 is clearly unaccustomed to actual good service or good food and must think mayo is too spicy and have never eaten asian cuisine outside of some fake chinese food The only thing "authentic" about this place is the employees arguing and yelling at eachother in vietnamese

We came to have dinner there, and we ordered 2 B5 pho. We noticed people who were after us already got their orders while we were still waiting. Then we asked and I guess the waiter made a mistake to serve our dishes to the wrong table. He realized and guess what he moved one pho from other table and gave it to us. Of course I was not comfortable with that and I asked him to make another one for me. The waiter seems not happy and never say sorry about his bad service. What even worse is that we waited another 30m and the new dish is still not delivered. We had heard many B5 being served and none of them came to our table. Come on, you messed up our dinner and you you make up it immediately instead of wasting our time to let us wait for all the rest of the restaurant. We are not making trouble and I even said thanks to you. This is what I got returned.

Their pho is not good as well(yes, I was able to taste one of our pho, after we corrected them). I don’t know how they make the pho broth. It’s full of artificial flavors and msg. Definitely not...

Cute location, not worth the price point though. Everything in Park City costs more, but I will never spend my money on the pho here again. The broth was bland, oily and not at all what I would want to spend $16 on. When the waitress set the sprouts, basil, like and jalepeno, I was shocked to find out they expected my date and I to share the small amount of food and when I asked for another dish of my own, the waitress came back with a dish with half of what was on my dates dish. There wasn't enough basil to revive anything resembling flavor in the broth and I honestly don't know what they expected me to do with one slice of jalapeno, but from this experience I don't see myself going back any time soon unless the wait staff stop trying to penny pinch every customer that walks in.

And there's that customer service ethic I and many others have observed. I'm not the only one that has had the experience of eating here and had a terrible time. I haven't lied about anything except that I called...
