From the moment I arrived into Sun Valley during the World Cup, the General Manager David âHarryâ Harrison was a superstar, keeping in touch and ensuring my experience was nothing short of perfection.
Even during the choas of the World Cup, when the slopes were packed, Ski Butlers delivered my skis right to my hotelâs doormenâtalk about VIP treatment! I opted for their high-performance package, and wow, did they make it an unforgettable experience. They matched me with the perfect pair of skis based on my height, weight, and skill level. I couldnât have been happier.
One of the best parts? I simply gave them my stats, left my ski boots with the valet, and they handled all the bindings and delivered my skis while I was off enjoying the World Cup races. What a seamless experience! If I hadnât used them, then I would have had to catch a bus to downtown Ketchum since was staying at The Sun Valley Lodge, but with their white-glove service, I was on the slopes first thing in the morningâno hassle or lines / wait time, just pure skiing joy!
And hereâs an amazing bonus: they offer a free one-time switch out for your skis. When we decided we needed some fatter skis for a day of pond skimming at Dollar Mountain, they swooped in and made the switch effortlessly.
Harry, the GM, was the cherry on top of this fantastic experience! His humor and friendly demeanor made everything feel fun and personal. He truly went above and beyond to make us happy! My twin sister and I even got to take a fun pic with him below and got to meet him in person:)
Iâll definitely be recommending Ski Butlers to all my friends and will be using their services in every ski town theyâre in. If youâre looking for an unforgettable ski experience, look no further than Ski Butlers in Sun...
Read moreSki Butler surpassed every expectation I had. They are in a FIRST class by themselves. Inadvertently, they dropped off a ski for my grand daughter that the ski school said was too long for her (even though the Rossignol fitting chart said it was the proper length). I called John, the Lead Reservation Agent, to tell him of the confusion. Not only was he apologetic, he sent a delivery person IMMEDIATELY to correct the situation and then refunded the rental fee for my grand daughter. As if that wasn't good enough service... he called me back later that day to tell me that the money had been refunded to my credit card and asked me to be sure I was properly compensated. So.... Ski Butler clearly takes care of their clients.
The equipment is first class Rossignol skis and boots. My 30+ year old son, an extreme X skier, chose to not bring his own equipment as our time in Park City was only three days. He rented the high performance package and told me that the edges and waxed smooth surface was better than his own. Seems like the days of shoddy rental equipment has been replaced by Ski Butler.
They kept their appointed time for fitting and pick up and called before they came to be sure we were ready for them. They were accommodating and very professional.
So....if a skier wants to avoid the hassle (and now extra expense) of flying skis to a resort.... I can't recommend Ski Butlers more highly. Using them easily adds three hours of free time as you avoid the rental lines and have the highest quality equipment for your...
Read moreDonât have a ton of interaction with these guys, but at my place of work I have seen the same long haired employee multiple times cutting corners with guests. He doesnât change the DIN with the boot in the ski even though legally he totally should be! Not even just for legal reason but safety too. Heâs done this numerous times, even with customers asking himâ donât you need the boot?â And he responds by saying ânoâ everytime. Would literally recommending other ski delivery services before these guys, as they pretend to be local and are not at all, they are corporate owned and WAY OVERPRICED compared to other companies, especially for what you get. Anyway this long haired im guessing 30 year old employee who said heâs been working for ski butlers for a while should 100% be let go. Heâs jeopardizing kids and adults saftey so he saves a few seconds of work. How he ever got hired in the first place is beyond me, he looks like he was picked up off skid row and hasnât seen a shower in 10+ years. Main point: go local and support people who actually take time to do the job right! Not this corporate company who instead of seeing a human being, they just see $ signs. Terrible company with...
