First of all, upon entering this so called "fast food" restaurant, the staff was both visibly physically absent and mentally absent. Before approaching a kiosk, I saw that neither kiosk was operating. I then requested for an employee take my order and was rudely told to use the kiosk. I informed her that the Kiosk was not operating and instead of taking my order, she came over and quickly showed me that she had no clue what she was doing; she would rather spend 6 minutes trying to make a computer work to take my order instead of taking my order in 2 minutes.
I was then guided to the register, wherein she ordered another employee to take my order instead of doing the work herself. The employee assigned to take my order was noticeably high and did not even appear to realize where he was or what he was doing. I had to repeat my order several times, only for him to ask me my order and repeat it back incorrectly. After being corrected again, he fulfilled my order. After being given my food, he forgot my sauce, cup for a beverage, and French fries (which was 1/2 of the order). I had to ask 2 more times for sauce, giving him adequate time to fulfill my request before having to ask again.
Overall, the food was lukewarm at best, the beverage options were slender, and the customer service was atrocious.
About 2 weeks after, my mother in law went in to order and had a similarly horrible experience. However, in her order, the employees forgot 2 drinks, sauces, and the food was lukewarm; it also took quite some time to fulfill the empty order. Read moreThis has got to be one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I came through the drive thru around 12-12:15pm today. I asked for a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. The lady asked if I wanted a single or double and I said "double". Then she asked if I wanted to make it a large combo and I said "Medium". Everything was fine except I got a single patty. So I turned around and drove back and explained to them that I got a single patty. One of the 3 ladies argued with me and said I ordered a single... I said no mam and explained to her everything that I said which was a double patty and medium size fry and Dr Pepper.. I overheard the leader/manager said to pull around "We got you!"... you could here the cashier or whoever yelling at me in the background, "Pull around!!!". The cashier with the long fingernails continued to argue with me and said I needed to pay for an extra patty. I said, "Okay can you show me the receipt because you didn't give me one." She was trying to look it up, but never found it or didn't want to show me the receipt, so they quickly handed me the bag with the new burger inside... I leave the drive thru because it was busy. As soon as I pull out and check the burger, they forgot to put the bacon back on the burger.... that's one of the main ingredients. I tried calling the store to notify the manager of the mistake and nobody would answer the phone... The way they treated me and talked over me, you would think they hate their job so badly. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced and I will never visit that Wendy's location ever again and will be a while before I think about going back to...
