so let me start by saying that I am a very huge fan of this bosa location because they introduced their first line of vegan donuts here. And myself along with other vegans or plant-based eaters were probably stoked to hear about this because these donuts are bomb.com. last week Idrove to Phoenix to this location and proceeded to order some vegan donuts I was told that they didn't have any so okay I drove all the way back home to Tempe no worries no biggie. so I thought about it today this morning I could really eat a donut right now I love them they're delicious they really hit any craving so I called them first just to see if they had any available before I took the drive. this is nice okay you know young girl answers the phone she answers my questions you know do you have any vegan donuts this morning she says no so I asked her what do you know when you will have any more available she said that they don't know because their bakers are down or their bakers are backed up or something with the baker's they just don't have them so okay no worries. then I asked her what was there any other bosa location that has the vegan option like you guys do she says no let me ask I hear her asking her manager a manager! That manager is so annoyed at my general question whether or not they have that option when they will have it back again and if there is another place that might have it all I hear is screaming no no I don't know in such a huff in such a negative rude tone and I can hear on the phone as a customer. so the nice girl gets back on the phone and says no I asked my manager and we don't know I told her I appreciate her help and I can hear her manager and that was very rude. It was just so inappropriate for a manager to have that type of tone for a customer who just wants to purchase a product. I may love these donuts so much but to be honest I don't think I'll be coming back here I don't know what kind of employees they have working there that either don't care about their jobs don't take it seriously or just don't know how to talk to people in general should not...

They did not have any milk products - to add to your smoothie or coffee. Wanted to make a taro boba with water. A milk tea with no milk- As I was looking over the menu and asking questions she seemed real bothered. Her conversation with the other employee was more important. First time was fine and the young lady was extremely nice and helpful. That was a good experience. The following times (not the same lady) were not so good.
