I was at this McDonald's location this morning on 6-16-2021. I was order number 879. The entire place was a disaster and I would avoid it at all costs, and choose another location to go to. I ordered two breakfast meals. Upon leaving I realized that they shorted me both of my hash browns that I paid for. They also didn't give me a tray for my drinks, and one of my coffees spilled because the cup was either defective or not capped correctly. They also gave me the wrong sauce that I asked for, and the icing on the cake was that one of the egg sandwiches that I ordered had something hard in the middle of it. Which I had to spit out. While I was in the location I also heard several other customers complain. On man said he was waiting for his order outside for over 20 mins and they gave him the wrong order twice (two egg and bacon mcmuffins). They can't even get that right. Then another elderly man, who was in a wheelchair, got his order and they didn't give him his coffee. He waited for over 5 minutes for his coffee, and when someone finally gave it to him, they didn't give him any cream and sugar. He said he will just use what he has at home and left. In my opinion, this location needs new management. There are many employees at the location, but most of them seem lost like they don't know what they are doing. I never got my hash browns and just left, and for the few dollars worth of food that they shorted me, now they can have this review. And on top of everything, the food didn't even taste good, and I have no idea what the "hard piece" was inside that sandwich. I will never return to this location, and I would avoid it...

I addressed Brianna how she was to the lady and she tried to defend her self saying she wasn’t rude so please do some training with Brianna on what proper customer service should be because as a manager, I can see the people working for her are mirroring Brianna’s customer service but like I said this is my initial reason this is what I’m warning you about please address this I went in for coffee. I requested through the machine nine creams and 12 sugars. Yes I know it’s a lot an elderly gentleman in front of me asked for a refill. He gave it to him. He asked for four cream and four sugar. They took it back and as I heard one of the ladies say this is a refill Rihanna brought a cup of coffee to me and I let her know oh I believe that’s this gentleman I said no it is yours so I took it drove on, drank from it realized this to me has zero sugar and barely a cream so I went back asked for a handful of sugar, and then as I was starting to put the sugar in in my car cup that the older gentleman was drinking out of and I’m almost throwing up again as I write thisI hope the owner of this McDonald’s reads this does something about this. I’m gonna go onto another McDonald’s and ask them if they can give me a new cup of coffee, but I will never visit the 16th St....
Read moreOn 10-13-23 between 12:30pm-12:40pm and i came in the to this store and to try to place a order but then I saw this manager wearing a gray short sleve blouse yelling at those to other employees one wearing glasses who was cleaning the restrooms at the time then have to exit the restrooms because customers wanted to use it and then the girl wearing the glasses let them then the manager got very angry with her told her that she wasn't doing her job in a timely manner. Then this so called manager continuing to yell around towards these hard working nice girls. Then started yelling and waveing her hands to the other girl to do the kitchen but then girl with the short black hair said that I don't know how to do the kitchen work the girl with the short black hair said and then the manager just told her to leave. THIS SO CALLED MANAGER SHOULD OF TOOK THESE TWO EMPLOYEES TO THE OFFICE AND TALK TO THEM IN A NICE WAY THIS MANAGER DRIVES CUSTOMERS AWAY WITH HER BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS HER EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS IAM NOT COMING...
