Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

I be been holding my breath for almost 2 months. 17 of July I walked in this location, asking for 2 donuts and a sm hot coffee. 2 girls standing around got me 2 OLD donuts and a sm coffee. I always check the coffee. The coffee was old and ice cold. She said that she is going to make new coffee. After a little while she said that the coffee she was preparing would have coffee ground in it. That was it for me. I asked for the money back. Finally a jung shift leader came out of the shadows to get me the money back. He ended up calling his boss because he did not know how to refund money. After a week I came back and this smart shift leader gave me a NO TRESPASSING. Allegedly I was yelling at the girls witch I never did. I was so pissed that I called the main office from Dunkin donuts. A woman that is the District manager promised me to get to the bottom of it. She called me back and offered me a 25 dollar coupon. I said that I don't care about the money. I won't things to change. Nothing else. I messaged her 2 more times after that to get a answer. She never responded. The ARE ALL UNDER THE SAME BLANKET. WHAT A SHAME FOR...

Bad experience. The redhead cashier felt the need to be snobby and exhale heavy as if she couldn’t catch her breath because I was looking at the menu. Once I began to order, she couldn’t grasp what I said and proceeded to ring it up incorrectly. I asked for a chicken croissant, she asked if I wanted the stuffer or croissant. I asked what the difference was, she seemed upset that I asked and seemed pretty more upset about doing her job in general. She rang it up as a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, she removed the egg and added chicken and croissant. At first they didn’t provide a receipt. Once my girlfriend asked for a receipt (because I knew it was weird I was asked if I wanted the egg removed even though that item doesn’t come with egg) they proceeded to act half minded “I don’t know how to print it off”. If you’re gonna work a job, at least know how to do it. Especially without the attitude. The stupidity packed into one store...

We were very disappointed with the all around service we received from the Pigeon Forge location. My coffee tasted like water w/ a hint of coffee & cream calibration was off so I had mentioned it to the employee & he brought me another drink that was even worse!!! We ordered 2 sandwiches of the same & received 1 good & one totally different sandwich than what was ordered. I tried reaching out to this location but vm only. I give this location a 0 if I could...the customer service here was super disrespectful. As we left they were chanting YAY People just don't understand how to treat paying customers anymore b/c you ask for what you pay for... I go to Dunkin every day for coffee in my home town & no problem or they fix it without issues. This location needs to learn to treat customers better & calibrate...
