This is my first ever negative Google review, I’m not the one to normally complain or to leave a bad review, but the owner (and possible wife) are extremely rude adults. I walked to his gallery along with my mother and told him we would be back to purchase something, since I had more walking/shopping to do, I didn’t want to accidentally drop or break a valuable piece of art. So while I was at the old mill pottery store, I asked my parents to park in front of the gallery and I would meet them there. I finished my shopping at the old mill pottery store (wasn’t but a few minutes) and went to walk over to the gallery. I noticed my parents driving away and my mom called me saying an older woman and the owner told them they weren’t allowed to park there. My mom said she explained that I was on my way to purchase something from them and they still refused for them to park there. My mom said they were extremely rude about it, and my mom is a very pleasant person who isn’t someone to show anger. I seen the older woman unloading HER CAR (throwing trash in the dumpster) while on the phone with my mother, so I knew who she was talking about. There was other parking spots (at least 3 other spots) and my mom said they literally just parked when they approached them, so there was absolutely no need in telling my parents they couldn’t park there. They lost hundreds of dollars in my business, and I would not recommend to support rude owners who selfishly want the parking spots for themselves but not their customers. If that’s the case, a sign should be placed for said owners to park. Bad ownership, and looking at other reviews this isn’t the first case of them being rude and not letting their customers park in front of their shop. Also, I want to add, after getting off the phone with my mother, I purchased $100 at the Mircrogarden shop next door. You can see my review for her shop on Google. That owner was very pleasant. It’s sad that I was there to support both shops in that parking lot, but yet wasn’t allowed...
Read moreMy family of 5 had a nice brunch after church at the Pottery House Cafe. During lunch my husband and son-in-law mentioned they wanted to check out a store they had heard of called The Micro Garden. They all walked over and I got the car and moved to go pick them up after they checked the store out. I pulled in and parked b/t two open spots on either side of me. I pulled out my phone to text my family that I was there when they were done SHOPPING IN THE MICRO GARDEN! I felt a darkness like a dementor floating to my driver’s side window. I rolled down my window and there was a man that was patting the parking lot mid air and said “This parking is for these shops ONLY!! They are NOT for you to linger here!” I told him that my family was in the shop and he interrupted me and lowered his shoulders and said disgustingly “What shop?” like I was fibbing. I told him the plant shop! Then he proceeded to walk directly to the door of The Micro Garden and peer in the door like a twisted peeping Tom. I got out of my car and asked him if he wanted me to go get my family and show him who they were. He said “No-I’m just looking out for my friend”. Hard to believe this man has any friends, or a business. Or, after reading reviews, any customers at all. I wasn’t even in the parking lot for two minutes and he was at my window. Zero stars for The Twisted Vessel. 5 stars for making sure no one comes back. @The Micro Garden…find a new place to rent-you’ll have 10x the success than next...
Read moreI am so glad I walked into the Twisted Vessel Gallery. I purchased a Beautiful Piece of handcrafted Jewelry Art designed by the owners wife. Through my travels that week it was the only piece that was meant to be. The art, and descriptions/writings of the art was so beautiful. I had about 5 pieces picked out here, because I just couldn't chose. They were all so perfect. The owner was very friendly and took the time to help me decide what design would work best for me. He also shared some valuable information with me about his life that I will take with me and apply to my own. It was my first time in Pigeon Forge so I was a little worried about seeing all I could see. I was so intrigued with his stories that I stayed a little longer, and was still able to see all that was meant for me on my trip. Im sad to see that there are negative comments on here about this man. In life, things are not always what they seem to be. We should all as humans not be so impatient and quick to judge. Especially when we are on vacation. This should be a valuable time to learn from others, take in experiences and go home with a better self. Society has become so wasteful. Taking the time to realize that your reality is not always the reality of others'. We must make the best of our space and time here to learn from others. Rather than wasting it away, we should all take something positive out of it. It could be a missing piece to...
