Pigeon Forge Motor Lodge — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

If you want roaches, your car broken into, someone possibly walking into your very unsafe room then I highly suggest this dump! I went to heat food and microwave has a roach crawling In it. The curtains don't close they're about a mile away from window people can see in. In order to lock top lock u have to open door half way and lock it then shut it.. The ceiling in bathroom is falling thru. The bed is hard as they get. Everything is out dated. Its ugly.. We was told our room would be ready in 30 mins this morning they was cleaning it we left for 2 hours came back they hadn't touched it. We sat there in car watching them 6 people came into the room 35 minutes pass they're still not done not doing anything but taking lunch orders!. I can back from a show nowhere to park the lot is tiny so I oarked by pool came in locked door and my car alarm goes off, someone was out there trying to get into the hatch of my car.. I would NOT recommend this place if you come to pigeon forge and this hotel is the only 1 with open rooms keep going they charge you a 2 minimum person fee. As in $39.99 a person and you cant stay alone they want money for 2 people. Now the sign says $39.99 the man quoted me $99 plus tax left came back because traffic sucked and a woman told me $90.00 plus tax. So different prices...

I will never stay in this place for as long as I live. My family had a trip planned and had reserved 9 rooms. Complications happened with my family and then the day before our trip my wife ends up in the hospital with an infection from her brain surgery she had a few weeks ago. A man answered the phone and I explained to him that I was literally in the hospital waiting for my wife to be moved and prepped for surgery. I said I was sorry and I'd be more than happy to pay some kind of cancelation fee that very second. He replies with "you had 9 and now down to 4. I won't ever do that again" and then say sir I am sorry I cannot help it that my wife is having to have emergency surgery due to an infection near her brain and I go on to say again I'm more than happy to pay you and then he hung up on me. I was only going to stay there due to my grandparents wanting to stay there but now I know for future references to get a cabin rather stay with such nasty attitude people. I am beyond shocked that someone would be so ugly given the situation and the fact that twice I tried to offer him some sort of payment for his troubles. If you want to deal with people with no compassion then by all means stay here. If not then I'd highly recommend any...

The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was because of the front desk lady she seemed a bit standoffish when I was trying to give feedback on you know this place kind of reminds people of a Bates Motel and looks can actually be a little bit deceiving in this one. I mean the rooms are a bit outdated as far as like the wallpaper and the lamps and the chairs and the beds but other than that there is a brand new tub in there and you can tell it's brand-new the heat works absolutely fine the maintenance people did tend to stand out side of the room even though my curtains were closed I could still tell that someone was there it's a little creepy. other than that I mean the place was great I paid $50 and it's really close to everything too so I mean pretty much most of Pigeon Forge is in with walking distance and if you're at church church-goer, it sits right next to a church and then Taco Bell on the other side but other than that it's a nice hotel motel I would recommend this even for single women cuz that's what I am and...
