FunStop Family Action Park — Attraction in Pigeon Forge

Searched the strip for a go cart place with the height requirement of 54” to let my son drive. We arrive and have someone from the staff approve my son’s height for single rider before we purchase tickets. They approved him for a single rider. We got our tickets for 3 rides and as we purchased she checked that he was at-least 10, he is. He could only ride 2 of the 3 because he is 54” and 10 years old. He got on the first track and had a blast. Went down to the second track and was turned away by a different staff member who said he wasn’t tall enough. Even after letting them know he just rode the other track, he just shook his head no to us. Went back to previous track to ride again, and they let him. Went to get back on for the third ride and was turned away after just getting off. A staff member from 2nd track, who turned us away, had followed us over and told another staff member. My son was very upset as we had one ride left out of three. Seriously??? He JUST rode it twice. Ridiculous!! Will NEVER go back there and waste money. Don’t waste your money for staff members who can’t agree on what height is ok and what’s not. Completely...

This was most definitely our spot to come! We live in Knoxville & anytime friends or family come from out of town, we go to fun stop. NOT ANYMORE! Never again! Saturday night was nothing short of a nightmare! They don’t enforce rules & they don’t properly warn other racers when there’s a pile up. Then instead of instantly shutting the ride down, they let everyone keep going only to have another pile up. Saturday night a CHILD kept bumping me after the ride was over. I asked him to stop several times & not one time was he told by staff to stop. This child was old enough to know better. Then his crazy mother & her psycho partner was allowed to come back to where the karts were, surround me, get in my face & threaten me. Nothing was done to stop a non ticket holder to come back & potentially hurt me. She also assaulted my son who was riding with us. We were trying to leave but no one was telling them to leave. My husband & I visited 10/7/25(evening time) fun park which we had lots of fun. The lady in the booth was very informative letting us know how the park operates. I wished that I got the young guy's name b/c his customer service stinks. Then when I approached him to let him know his communication skills needs to be a little better. He had this nonchalant attitude like he does not care as if someone owed him something & fanned his hands/rolled eyes. Because this is an amusement park they will continue to receive business. But with that attitude he needs to replaced ASAP. I may not return to this particular area but will visit another fun park.
