My wife and I stopped by Big Top today (9/4/24) like we usually do during our annual PF/Gatlinburg trip for our birthdays. Ita going to sound like an exaggeration, but this is truly the best arcade in a 50-mile radius. The doors are ALWAYS open. If it's during their business hours, their doors are wide open. If that wasn't inviting enough, meeting Thomas at the front desk always makes us feel like we're family. Again, I'm sure it seems like I'm the king of hyperbole, but this kind man genuinely makes sure we know how glad he is we're there, asks how our day has been, answers every question we have, and has NEVER tried to upsell or convince us to add on additional activities/costs. Today he even made sure I received TWO Birthday Stickers because he wanted to make sure I knew it was my day, that I was worth celebrating, and that everyone else I encountered from then on also knew. Once we started playing, my wife spoke with another gentleman sitting near her at one of the machines. After a few minutes of talking, she learned he (Clarence) was actually the owner of the and had been all the previous years we've been coming time and time again. Clarence proceeded to thank us for coming, asked multiple times if EVERYTHING was satisfactory with our visit, and shared how thankful he was to be a business owner in the area and have a chance to help families make memories and do so without bankrupting them. It was obvious from the beginning that Clarence genuinely cared about us enjoying our time and had zero thought about how much money we'd spent that day. If that wasn't wholesome enough, Clarence made sure to acknowledge and encourage Thomas after we mentioned how amazing he was everytime we came. I apologize for the lengthy review, but this place and the people that work there are something special. I'm not ashamed to say this was all because it was my 37th Birthday. Another item of importance is I have not created any children during those 37 years. So, to recap, my wife and I go to this arcade every year as full-blown, standalone grownups during our Birthday Trip, and the staff (all the way up to the owner) made me feel like a genuine princess complete with multiple stickers, kindness, and a genuine sense of family. If Big Top did all that for me, I can't imagine what they'd do for an actual Birthday Boy/Girl that just turned 10 and wants to have the best birthday extravaganza known to man.

We'll never go anywhere else, and I'm beyond grateful that Thomas and Clarence are just as happy about...

Amazing experience for kids and adults that want to forget about work along with the hectic schedule life may bring my son and I absolutely can’t say enough about this place , The workers go above and beyond their work day to make kids have fun and adults relax knowing their little ones are in good hands in my case my big one (he’s a mommas boy(; Its clean well maintained their are many fun games inside this arcade they have games set up for the smaller kids, games for the bigger ones as well. The lady name Dorreen working the Prize area was excellent she was handing several kids at once she was calm and smiled the whole time (; Jose the guy working the guy working the and greeting the door was helpful and we beyond to help my son choose and understand the games And then Their is Devin Thai human is just all out Awesome!! We felt comfortable relaxed and not rushed if you’re looking for a family fun experience where you feel welcomed then this is the place!! Unlike the island where workers are rude and seemed rushed Big Top Arcade is one of the best Arcade we...

Edit to previous review: My son left his glasses at one of the games. The next morning we called to see if they were turned in and we were told that they were but broken so they threw them away. I was and am very disappointed they did not even wait 24 hours for a lost (expensive) item to be held, broken or not. As a single mom on a teacher salary, the broken frames would have only cost me $50 because they were insured. Now I am forced to pay $400 to replace them. We even drove there when they said the bags were in the dumpster and I brought gloves to look to find them, yet the trash had already been picked up. Very disappointing there was no lost and found policy. This would have saved me so much money I could have been using for the holidays but now have to replace my son's glasses. Although we had a great time there that night, this is now a horrible memory.

Review the day of: Amazing customer service. Arcade attendants were so friendly and attentive. 1000% recommend for both fun and budget...

Every year on vacation we come to the big top arcade and ride the go carts. But this year they had a cashier that was so rude to me and my family. She wouldn’t even look at me when I spoke to her she was too worried about what people were saying about her in the parking lot. Kept saying she wasn’t gonna lose her job over letting my son ride, even though he rode them the day before( see pic). no one was asking her to lose her job just an explanation why yesterday he rode them and why he can’t ride them today. It was chaos all because of one cashier. She had my son so upset with the way she was talking to his mom he wouldn’t even think about riding them after that. I’ll come back but I will make sure that cashier doesn’t work here anymore. All the other employees at the go cart rental were excellent and so friendly just that one was not at all.

This is by far one of the best arcades that is in Pigeon Forge. We have been there several times on our visits there. It's in a very good location. It's very clean. It doesn't have the defunk smell like other places do. We were there rather late on a weekday evening and the staff were super kind of patient while my nephew and niece picked out what they wanted to get with their tickets. My nephew is super excited because we were able to collect a complete set of the wizard of Oz cards from the coin push machine and we had only spent a little bit of time there when he was able to get that. They have a good variety of claw machines, video games, cards you can write on, etc. They also offer a large variety of rewards for your tickets at very fairly priced levels.
