The Burger Den — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Awful. Ordered through Bite Squad. Bite Squad driver was great. Had to wait at restaurant way too long. They need to update their Bite Squad menu to actually have items they sell. Initially was told the Beyond Burger was out of stock, I OKd a swap to a cheaper burger IF they made up the difference in fries. They didn’t. Also, I ordered a milkshake. They told the driver, tell your customers to stop ordering milkshakes, we don’t sell them. The order took A VERY LONG time. I’ll never order from them again or visit. Oh and the food. This may be my first bad rating but it deserves it. We ordered from here and it was horrible. I was missing one whole order, the other 4 of 5 orders were all wrong. There were MAYBE 10 fries that I paid extra for with one of them and that is being generous. Every single item we ordered was wrong, missing something or we just didn't receive. This is a burger place you can not physically go to and have a burger. They use the Dennis Restaurant to make burgers for delivery or pick up only. This is a ghost kitchen for this company.
