In response to the people who said they were cheated and only got one of three rings they purchased, my wife snd I were in the store when they made their purchase. The shop owner put all three rings in separate boxes, put all three boxes in a larger bag and handed them to the customer. Shortly after a man came storming into the shop, claiming they only received one ring. The shop owner very calmly and clearly said that was not possible because he put all three into the bag. The man was very rude, claimed the owner was accusing him of lying and then motioned for his grandmother to come inside. The shop owner again was polite, explaining that he put all three rings into the bag. She began to be very rude, claiming she was Christian and would never lie or cheat. The shop owner gave them a full refund, even though he did not get the two rings back. She continued to be rude and threatening, claiming he would be sorry for what he did. He asked her to leave which she finally did. We witnessed the whole thing and they either lost the rings or were trying to pull a fast one on him. We later found out when we came back to the shop that another customer found the two rings in their boxes in front of the store next to the shop. We come in here every trip to the Gatlinburg area, have bought many items and have always received...

My husband and I have been a loyal customer for many years. It has become a tradition to stop here and buy a piece of jewelry every time we visit. I have always had a good experience and love the store for the craftsmanship and quality of their work. However, during this visit to the store, I experienced the worst customer service. Although I have asked to see ring trains, more than once, I was having a hard time deciding which piece of jewelry I wanted to purchase during this visit. I am assuming it was the owner I dealt with. At any rate, he did not want to continue to show me the rings. I had asked to see again. Telling me “that is the reason” that they do not “leave the trays out and they don’t have all day to keep showing different rings because they have other customers”. When I explain to him they had been nicer in the past, his customer service was even worse, again telling me he had other customers to help. Needless to say, has lost a loyal customer. So all the hundreds of thousands of dollars that he told me he lost continuing to show people jewelry he can now add my purchases to that. I only give the store two stars because of the hard work others who make the jewelry so he has merchandise to sell. Hats off to all that make the jewelry. This review is based on only...

This place is awesome and they have a variety of ring sizes that's hard to find. I have a small finger and they were plentiful. They have a great selection of turquoise, larimer, abalone and other GORGEOUS jewlery pieces and the prices are quite reasonable. In addition they also have decorated skulls, wind chimes, bead bracelets and more. There is a lot more then you'd think, massive selection. I plan on going back once more before we leave vacation. I almost overlooked this place heading to our motel but I'm glad I spotted it. Update. I went back and purchased 3 more rings in a size 6 and also a pendant. Customer service was great both times. Before finding this store, I had already purchased turquoise earrings from another place in Sevierville or I would have purchased here because the prices are better and selection more wide. If you like bold pieces or dainty to mid size like I do, you'll find it ALL here. It's so hard to pick and choose. I'm so picky it's hard for me to find jewelry I like but Haywood's has it all....
