They take 45 minutes to deliver a pizza, deliver it with the wrong toppings, and then tell us we have to wait another 45 minutes to get what we ordered because they "have other customers". Did they get EVERYONE's order wrong? They couldn't even bother to offer us a $1 discount for the inconvenience. This is not the 1st time they have messed up our order.
And it just happened again. This time it took them an hour to get us our pizza. 30 minutes after the tracker said it left the store I called to ask where it was, & when I told the girl I would not pay for a cold pizza she actually laughed. I told her to get her manager, she laughed again, & then the manager claimed he had been standing right next to her & she did not laugh. A 15 minute drive took them almost 40 minutes because they "have other customers", and their only response is to laugh and then lie.

Fast forward a year with their new “promotion” of a free emergency pizza with an online order I figured we would try again. Ordered one night, pizza came. Great! Later that week tried to claim our “free” pizza and a dessert and coke, the store proceeds to call me and tell me that the link in their app is bogus and the manager is telling them to “ kill” all orders with the link. Read moreOrdered 2 large pizzas, a salad, and a 2 liter at 6:50. The pizza tracker told me it was out of the oven at 7:21 being checked by Jose. At 8:21 the pizza was still being checked by Jose. I called and was told 3 drivers quit and another was in an accident but the pizza had left the store. 8:50 I call and am told he's close, the pizza will be delivered soon. 9:20 Jose was in route still but would be here shortly after the pizza tracker told me it was delivered when it wasn't. 9:55 I call and would you believe it, Jose is leaving the shop as we speak with my food. Isn't that just convenient as I'm cancelling my order. Absolute worst delivery experience of my life. If they were short staffed they could have called and let me known any time during this process but that's too much to ask. I will never be ordering from this Dominos again and will be filling a complaint...
