First of all, I want to give a shoutout to Adrian — I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen her working with someone else and I’m here every day. She’s usually running the whole place on her own and somehow manages to keep everything flowing. Her customer service is outstanding, she makes me feel welcome and always chats when she has time to. She hustles hard — taking orders, making drinks, doing dishes, stocking her area, all while staying in a good mood, even when she has a line of customers waiting. She also really knows her stuff when it comes to boosters and can point you toward the best smoothies for whatever you’re looking for.

About the wait times that I’ve seen people complain about: people need to have a little patience, especially during the lunch rush. This isn’t “fast food” - everything is crafted fresh on the spot when you order, which is why it tastes so good. If there are only 1–2 people working (sometimes even training new staff), of course it might take a little longer. Put yourself in their shoes — they’re juggling timed online orders and in-person customers at the same time, as well as dishes and making sure they have enough ingredients. They are working hard to get everything out as quickly and correctly as possible. Give the staff some grace, they’re doing their best.

What really sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They take genuine pride in crafting each smoothie, carefully measuring ingredients to ensure consistent quality every single time.

The manager deserves special recognition and words don't do her amazing efforts enough justice! The store is maintained to such high standards day in and day out and always spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. She is super knowledgeable about different supplements and vitamins and can customize your drink like no other!

Go to another Emerald City Smoothie. Went here at a little after 9am 8-19-17 and a black haired girl was working. I walked in and there was a couple in front of me. The couple got served their smoothies and then I walked up. The girl working made eye contact with me several times afterwards and I still had to wait 7 min. Then a little older lady walked in and got in line behind me, we both waited another 5 min....then a guy walked in and walked in front of us to the register thinking we already have been served and she immediately asked him what he wanted.
