Mmm well, I thought of Wendys first for a burger... But after reading bad reviews about the service at the location off of 156th and Northrup, we decided to go to Redmond Fatburger, could of ate at Wendy's. The cashier was worthless, sorry..When ordering two medium combos and then hearing her say 24 dollars and something just after noticing a happy hour sign. Costs what it costs that is fine...but when I asked or commented on how on earth could it be 24 dollars. I dont need her to respond that its right because she put it in the "computer" as she called it. I just need an explanation on how it came to that.. I replied, I don't need a machine to count for me I can calculate fine in my head.. Remember we make those machines.. I simply wanted it broken down.. Because after all it's not the simplest menu. So a little customer service that is american based would have helped. Her reply, "you wanted me to take it off!!" Not a question.. mmm lets see.. I came to FATBURGER.. Not to eat!! Really. What was that about? If your an all american past time,. Hire some ENGLISH speaking and American service oriented personel. I really got tired of all the loud spanish conversations and yelling coming from behind the counter. There area restaurants I can go to off I want that. IDEALLY they specialize in Authentic Mexican Food. TO THE FRANCHISE OWNER STOP SAVING AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT GET THIS BUSINESS AND SPEAK ENGLISH ALL THE TIME!! HAHA, I JUST OVERHEARD THEM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT AN ESB IS.. Anyway, I'll be back when things change. God save...

Right of the bat, the condition of the restaurant was subpar, and the staff was detached and unenthused. What was supposed to be 1950s chic winds up looking like an actual diner from the 50s decades after its heyday. Uncapped, crusted over hot sauce bottles, unswept dining tables, and a rolled up, kicked over mat by the soda fountain. I was the only dine-in guest and I can see why. I was there approx 45 minutes, and every order that came in was DoorDash.
The Food -- Soda fountain was the best. Individual drinks, as opposed to "one spout to rule them all." Pepsi products.
Fat Fries: Incredibly bland. Dine-in guests have access to salt & pepper, which brought up the taste profile. Huge, pillowy steak fries must always be seasoned. If I were eating in my car, I'd not be too happy.
Large Fat Burger: Single, 1/2lb patty. I added cheese and bacon. I'm going to have to give the edge to 5 Guys on this one. The size and seasoning of the patty was impressive, as were the condiments, but the char is not in the same class. If 5 Guys is a 5, Fatburger is a 3.9.
This meal cost $22 bucks. The hostess (if you could call her that) pointed at the tip prompt twice. I wish this wasn't a fast food place, because if I had the ability to pay at the end, my tip would've been about how a broom and a mop work.
Overall, my enjoyment of the meal came at the expense of the location's atmosphere and service. Maybe it's different at other locations. But a poor customer experience really kills the...

This review only covers takeout. I've lived in the area for years and never been to Fatburger, so I thought I'd try it. A buddy and I decided to both try two of their offerings and both - though picked up fresh - were gross.
First, our crispy Hawaiian chicken was lacking any crunch. This despite the burger also being devoid of any mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, or other moist sauce. There was a drizzle of buffalo, but both of us were disgusted by the limp flavorless offering. The chicken itself was overcooked and tough, too, making the whole thing a really weird experience of "how did they manage to make a tough, soggy, bone dry crispy chicken sandwich?!" We were impressed at how bad it was.
Our second burger was supposed to be a "skinnyburger" with cheese, tomato, and more. NONE of the toppings we ordered made it into the sandwich. We ordered the patties medium; instead they were well done and the wrapper was filled with grease. So two overcooked damp patties, sodden lettuce, and warmed (not grilled) onions had us both spitting out this mess.
Finally, the onion rings had to be the most pathetic we've ever seen. Nearly no breading coating undercooked onions, and missing the sauce we ordered along with them.
All around, Fatburger let us down and we won't be going ever again. It was just greasy,...
