@ 9:37pm I order the $9.99 deal any crust and any topping deal. So got extra pepperoni, extra bacon and and extra Italian sausage handmade pan type of crust. I was very disappointed in my order I received no extra topping that comes with the deal. How do you not pay attention to someone's order of what they ask for. I tried calling but got no answer which is a huge disappointment as a customer

This is the 20th plus time I've had issues. Something needs to be done about this and this needs to be fixed.

11:10pm on 02/21/2025 i ordered and when I got my order I highly disappointed. The food was over cooked and very very dry and I could not eat any thing. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had with domino's. I am either requesting a fix on or possibly a refund? I have time and time again have given do domino's a chance. Well guess what no more I am through.

I order a pepperoni cheese bread and when I got it I looked at it and there was a lot raw dough/ partially cook spots and not to mention a ton of grease. I have uploaded some photo's as proof and yea my item was free but come on, I really could not eat it what so ever. this is just disgusting and can get people sick. I am lucky that I have not got sick, but seriously please please fix this.

12-12-2024 @ 9:34pm, i order my food at 2 minutes to 9pm and it is now 9:35 pm. According to the app it said 17 - 27 minutes for delivery. It's past 17 minutes goin into a half hour to 45 minutes. What the hell is taking so long. This is ridiculous, I never ever had to wait this long. I know it taked about 15 to 20 minutes to cook but almost 40 minutes later. I might take my business else if this keeps happening. Now looking at the app it now says 35 - 45 Minute wait.

**updating my review to 5 stars specifically because of my amazing delivery driver, Kevin. My kiddos wanted a pizza night for their chores rewards, so I ordered them a pizza and a salad for myself. Originally, the store was out of the salad I wanted, and my amazing driver found a perfect substitution so I could still get my food along with the kiddos pizza. Thank you, Kevin! You were absolutely amazing and had outstanding customer service. As someone who has managed a company before, Kevin is EXACTLY the type of employee any company should be proud to have on board.

Previous review: you can't pay with cash if your order is over $30 which is annoying. when I called to confirm, whoever answered the phone was rude. I work in a restaurant, so I use mainly cash from my tips, which is why I was trying to use the pay with cash option. Massive inconvenience and to be honest is just gonna make dominos lose business.

Back to being a five star Dominos!

I wrote the three-star review below a few weeks ago. The owners/managers reached out, listened, and then rectified the timeliness issue with their scheduled online carryout orders. My last three orders (Thursday night football with family) were ready to go when I arrived at the specified time. Well done for listening and addressing customer concerns. And to be clear, this Dominos has always made great pizza.

Previous three-star review: I wrote a five star review for this Dominos when it first opened over a year ago, but I have to adjust my assessment. They still make good pizza, particularly for the price. But they must be under new management because their current ability to handle online orders for a scheduled pickup time is a joke. If you ask to have your pizza ready for pick up at a certain time and arrive at the specified time, that is when they start preparing your order, even if you paid online in advance. So, no matter how much lead time you give them, you still wind up waiting at the parlor for 15 minutes. The owners should fix the issue before they start...
