Not the first time this Potbelly's closed early. I get it everyone wants to get done with work n get home n try n watch the end of Fridays March madness maybe I donno. What I do know is this Potbelly's has either closed early 10 minutes early and/or if I would make it in there B4 they closed early they would be all super short and unfriendly to me n my girl along with saying oh no sorry don't have that soup anymore n say they ran out bcuz they didn't want to bring it back out n being lazy n wanna go home and act like they wish we weren't there trying to figure out what they can still make or not make for us bcuz so close to going home. I like this place and the food a lot but the closing early or not wanting to make stuff at end of shift is getting super old! Like I said I get it I'd be annoyed or thinking wtf really Mr. Last Minute guy making me work late blah blah blah but I wouldn't let customer know I felt like that or close so don't gotta help no body n can clean up n take off soon as possible. My point is if you're gonna say you are open until 9:00 should unfortunately have to take full menu orders until 8:59. Other wise seat u close at 8:50 or have signs that say must make all orders by 8:45 or whenever your employees feel like they are done serving customers or something. Frustrated but definitely understand why n where they are coming from but we get the feeling of being unwanted here anytime after 8:30 plus I'm trying to spend at least $40-$50 everytime n sometimes I can't even do that bcuz don't wanna serve us certain items so end up either getting less or not what we came there for. Sorry I can't get there until late my bad u might have to work an extra 10 mins I'll leave a nice tip if I can ever order everything I want on menu and we dont feel like we are a hassle for u guys and in the way of u guys closing n going home. Have a great weekend I'm gonna go find somewhere else to eat now bcuz I got here at 8:50 and...

Read moreMy husband and I take our little girl to swim class at LA fitness every Tues at 11:30a so we pre-order lunch. The first time we ordered on pot belly’s app, my husband went in to pick up the order and was met with a line, when he asked for his order they said he would have to wait, what he thought would be an in and out quick pick up ended up taking longer than it ever needed to. At least in that instance, he was eventually able to pick up the food. The manager Bill made it right with a free entre the first time. Today, we decided to try again, this time, the same thing happened, husband goes in 10min after our order time, they tell him to wait. This time we don’t get the food and I call the restaurant to inquire about getting a refund, but they place me on hold. I ended up going to Pot Belly while on hold, and they never got back on the phone. I drove 23 min to show up to speak to the manager and get a refund. The customer service experience is severely lacking. I don’t recommend ordering via mobile order during the lunch rush because you will end up watching people who are ordering in the line, get their sandwiches before you. This location is not set up with staff who are efficient or pleasant in any way. It’s a shame. I recommend you go to Jimmy John’s it’s right next to it, the sandwiches are as good and they are set up...
