Went to order a frosty. Asked to pay a first window. Got to first window and employee just stood there and wouldn't open the window to take my money. Kept waiting until the car in front of me moved. Then I pulled forward to the second window. The girl came from the first window to the second window where I was holding the money out my window. She snatched the dollar from my hand which left the dime in my fingers. I said to her here is the change but she stormed away. So I flipped the dime through Wendy's window. Then she came back after the 9 cents and I told her it was on the floor. She said she could not find it. I told her if she hadn't stormed away I would have handed it to her. She stormed off again. I waited for a minute and some guy maybe manager Handed me a frosty and slammed the window on me. I've been buying Windy's for years and never ever been treated so terrible and with so much disrespect as this Wendy's on George Washington Way in...
Read moreFernando was the freaking amazing employee who served my friend and I. He was kind, professional, and went above the call of duty. My friend ordered a grilled chicken salad. After she ordered, and we sat down, Fernando came back out to tell us the Chicken was going to be about 8 minutes and asked if she wanted to substitute for something else. She said no rush, I’ll wait. Next he came back out and said it would be about 4 minutes and offered a free side of fries or maybe a frosty. She graciously declined. Finally he came out with the salad and a voucher for a free salad on her next visit, and apologized for it taking ‘so long.’ What was truly amazing about his level of service was his kindness and his professionalism, when there was no need for him to offer anything that he offered to my friend. Truly impressed by his customer service attitude. Wish we had a million more like him working in...
Read moreThe first 3 reviews I just read said: Fast service; Friendly staff and cheap fast food. I just went to Wendys and those reviews would be the complete opposite of my experience. Saw the commercial for the new bacon maple chicken sandwich so we had to try one. Get the the speaker, order them and they come back saying they ran out of bacon. How can a restaurant with a burger called the baconator run out of bacon! Very disappointed. The pay window lady was rude and yelling across the place at her coworkers while her mic was on and while at the window. And cheap?! 20 bucks for 2 chicken combos since the bacon maple chicken was out of the question. Hardly cheap and not really worth the extra price compared to other fast food resaurants. And fast is not a word I'd use to describe this wendys. About 15 minutes to get food. I'll be sticking to mcdonalds and burger king for late...
