Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Riverdale

Me and my family love Jersey Mike's we all usually get the sub clubs Mike's way and you can tell they love and appreciate the way each and every subs made from the amount of sliced deli meat to the fixen's they want to satisfy there guests and have gone above and beyond to do so at the Jersey Mikes on 12th st. that's where I first tried there delicious subs chips and sodas. This evening was just like any other evening except one hiccup.. I was in Riverdale and decided to go to that location and was immediately let down. Starting from the beginning we where never greeted at the door, the sub maker seemed to be irratated that I was even ordering and then asking not put mayo on one of the subs wasnt what he wanted to hear. we ended up not putting it on all 4 subs yuck. I know that doesn't seem big but the bad night that employee was having showed in the food he made . He never asked if we wanted Mike's way like they do on 12th st. The subs where rock hard the meat portions where small even the lettuce was barley on there and no oil , no oragano, no bacon. I asked to to put extra oil/ orageno on there as well..sub clubs have bacon😫 we got 2 tomatoes on a Giant sub . Boy I wasn't happy because I love the care they put into each sub it does make a difference in the way you build it and the amount of each ingredient. I'll never go to Jersey Mike's in RIVERDALE every again. You can tell they dont put as much care into there craft. I will always be a regular at the Jersey Mike's on 12th st and thank them for really truly caring to pay attention to detail and following Mike's way the only way...

My girlfriend and I stopped for a sandwich at lunchtime. I noticed this employee not wearing a mask correctly while loudly chewing gum with his open mouth; while handling food and touching multiple surfaces such as the phone and grilling utensils without stopping to wash his hands or change gloves.

Manager and employee both eye-rolled and defended the employees behavior and attitude when all I asked was for the employee to fix his mask during a world-wide pandemic.

We were met with belittlement and poor excuses when I asked for the employee to fix his mask. The managers name was “Andrew”.

I would not recommend eating at this establishment until employees and management are properly trained and can handle wearing a simple face mask.

Let this serve as a reminder to just eat at home. Some fast-food establishments are not ready to reopen nor deserve our...

Let me preface my review by stating that I am a loyal and frequent flyer of Jersey Mike’s. I wrack up those shore points. I love me a sub sandwich. However, last night at about 6pm I ordered my beloved tuna sandwich with all the fixings at the Riverdale location. By 8pm I was so nauseous and my stomach hurt so bad my eyes were tearing non-stop. By 8:30pm I was praying to the porcelain gods with my head dangling in putrid submission. After expelling what I can only assume was contaminated tuna, I quickly threw down a handful of activated charcoal pills to try and calm the roiling ocean that was now my stomach. I will now be unable to look at or even smell a Jersey Mike’s sandwich without gagging. I am so sad that this was my experience as I’ve eaten there hundreds of times without issue. But I will have to avoid this place for awhile until I can...
