Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Rockwall

Never had any complaints when eating here but today I was very disappointed. Pulled up to drive thru order and screen was jacked up. Waited for about 5-6 mins (nobody in line ahead but several behind) and assumed i had to order at the window but when I pulled up the lady (looked like a mgr...short, chubby hispanic lady) rudely told me to drive around and wait in line when I told her I thought the drive thru was jacked up. I asked her why I couldn't just order now and she said she was short handed. I again asked why I couldn't just order right now and she asked if it was a big order to which I said no just a biscuits n gravy and a fruit and yogurt swirl. She told me to pull up and my order would be brought to me. But when it was brought, my biscuits n gravy were vertical and the swirl was overfilled, spilling down the side and without a lid so I told the kid that would make a big mess in my car and asked him to put a lid on it (rocket science thinking). He comes back with a lid on it but with strawberry syrup still all over the cup. I know service has gone by the wayside these days but this...

This is one of the WORST places I've ever went to based off of customer service. My son wanted a labubu ice cream he saw on tiktok, we called asking if they had it and I was told yes. Then I asked to place an order for it and he hung up. I called Rowlett asking if they have the labubu ice cream, she said NO braums has the labubu ice cream and I was upset that I was lied to. Then I called Rockwall back and she said she'll get the manager then I waited about 2 minutes and she hung up super super rude!!!! Then I called back about 3 times and they finally picked up, it was a man I told him exactly what happened and he said do I need the manager, I said yes. Then he also hung up. They were just playing in my face not giving me to the manager, and they were all so childish and rude, I called back but they wouldn't answer. Not only did they lie but they kept hanging up on me, this is insane and I still never got to talk to the manager. I could involve the courts, and I'm really thinking about sueing this insane place...

Nice place, well stock, pretty big compared with another stores, service it was ok, we place a order of one large fries, one medium drink, one number 9 combo and 4 chicken spacy sandwich combos, but I got only 5 soft drinks cups when I asked for the fifth one it was this Spanic lady that stared to questioning what's your order, she even go and call the guy who helped me when I place my order, he didn't have any idea of why I was asking for another cup, he also told me why you need another cup I explained why, he seems like it was still on training, but over all and after all this confusion my order was pretty good french fries where fresh and hot, and my sandwich they also where fresh and crispy.my order was to go, and I'm very picky when it comes to fast food but I can tell you'll even with my it took me to get back home and the sandwich still crispy and hot I can't imagine how much better will be if we have eat in, my girls where so satisfy with the food and...
