Words cannot describe my exhilaration of the E Tea place opening in downtown and walking distance from my office. I can totally get my boba fix anytime of the day. A week ago on my way to Mikuni's, the cute little cow's picture on the top of the building caught my eye. I thought the name of the restaurant was called moo E Tea. I was wrong. It's called E Tea. The significance of the cow's picture next to the tea place is ambiguous. Previously, this place was known for Zen sushi. From the public parking lot, we can still see the Zen sushi sign. I think it's time for the new owners to remove the previous restaurant's name. Today was the soft opening of the store. We received 15% discount off their drink menu. I ordered No. 21 Winnie the Pooh. I like the colors of my tea (yellow at the bottom and red on top). It was a mixture of strawberry, green tea with mango milk and lychee jelly. The drink was good but after drinking half way through I got tired of the flavor. I would love to try their rose milk tea. Though, I liked the small pieces of lychee. My co-worker ordered No. 20, salty cheese crema tea. She's on a sugar detox diet and this drink was perfect. It had no sugar. All those T-4 lovers, you'll totally love this place. Also you can choose from soy or almond milk for an additional 50 cents. They do have reusable cups for 50 cents more than regular plastic cups. Personally, I don't know if you can get few cents off your next drink for reusing the reusable cups. It's environment friendly. They can serve drinks in a split cup for an additional 50 cents. The restaurant does serve hot drinks, slushies/ smoothies and cheese cream drinks. You can also adjust the sweetness and ice level
Parking: Street metered parking or public lot parking next to the restaurant. They have a rigorous menu which consists of different types of ramen, pasta, salmon and etc. Servers: They are in training and still learning how to make the drinks. So please be patient because they're learning. If you are in hurry wait until they are fully open. Decorations: they have two sides of the restaurants. One side of the restaurant is for the drinks and the other side for serving food. The ceiling has beautiful fixtures on both the sides.

Read moreIt was my first time trying this place. The drink tasted like syrup and not the good kind, like medicine .The boba was a phony texture and on top of that I showed up around 30+ mins till closing. However I was told " you can order but it has to be to go because we close in 20 mins".( I wasn't even going to stay I wanted it to go) anyways she let me know I couldnt stay even though there was a Caucasian women that had 2 fresh plates of food eating at a table . I can understand she was there before me but that was a fresh plate and she could have asked first then said u have a few moments to enjoy but we do close in 20...
Read moreWent to try out this new place the other day, had the Winnie the Pooh and the Thai tea. The Winnie the Pooh was delicious but the Thai tea was just mediocre at best. Thai teas from Thai/Viet restaurants are far better than this one. The boba/pearls themselves were perfection. I hate overcooked, slimy, soft boba so I was happy these were perfect. When you bite into them, there was also a hint of sweetness in them...maybe sugar or honey, I'm not sure. Will go back to try the rest and definitely more Winnie the Pooh, since I got the...
